Priority Documents charged to help me with several accounts. Two accounts became lawsuits and they reimbursed all payments I made.A third account has been written off and I owe taxes I was told I could only receive half the money I paid back even though this is another account they could not help me with.This promise was over a month ago and now they are not responding to any of my calls or emails and I have not received the half of the ******* that they promised to reimburse me.There program is lacking in explaining how it works if the accounts are never turned over to a third party.They are taking money from people and not meeting the promise to help them to get out of debt.They are committing fraud.I need assistance in getting from them what was promised.I wanted all of my money back like was done for the two other accounts that were not turned over to a third party.Theres no difference between the three accounts.Initial Complaint

Good evening,My complaint involve a company by the name priority document or Prime Solution. I paid them for 15 months to negotiate with CITY bank to lower the amount that i owe for me to be able to pay off city bank. At the end of 15 months I received a letter in the mail stating they negotiated my pay out from $11, 720 dollars to $4500 dollars. When I called them and asked them when I need to start paying the amount that was negotiated they told me with the same amount that i paid them they will pay off off the amount that i owe. All i need to get the three credit bureau report. however i never received the three credit bureau report and the person that i was getting in touch with that company no longer work there. They also told me not to make any payment that they will take care of it and because of this my credit has being affected. Please i need this corrected.
