We purchased a used RV last August 12 2022 from Bill eads RV. We still have not received our registration or licenses plates. Legally I cant use my rv without consently getting trip passes. I have called over 30 times in the last 6 months and get no or very little help to solve this issue.Initial Complaint

I purchased a motorhome and a warranty from **** Ead's. The contract I received for the warranty was handwritten because ***** said his printer wasn't working, which was odd since it worked for every other paper being printed. Months later when I called the warranty company because I was going to file a claim, the contract number I had didn't match their records. They located my contract with a different number and emailed it to me. I then saw a huge difference in price between what I paid and what the warranty company had on the contract. I paid $6,210 for it. The contract shows $3,245. I tried to get an answer on this from **** Ead's and they gave me a very convoluted explanation that really made no sense. I have called the warranty company and no one there has been able to give me a reason why it would have been more. Therefore, I am looking for help from BBB to get a refund of the difference - $2,965.Business response

We are working with the **************** trying to figure out what happened. We are going to refund ****** the difference in the two warranties. For some reason there is two different warranty companies compass and easy car involved. I will reach out to the customer today to come pick up a check.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
My hesitation at this moment is that they did not contact me to pick up the check as stated which has been one of the problems I have had with this company. Never have they contacted me when promised. So I want to be sure that by accepting their response, it does not mean they have refunded the money yet. I accept the terms.***************************
