      I reached out to ARC for financial assistance with IVF February/March 2022. At the time, ARC was a recommended by my fertility doctor for financial assistance for building a family. (They are no longer recommended).I questioned if for any reason could I cancel the loan and agreed with their stipulation of the cancel process. In 2022, I had two canceled IVF cycles and we tried IUI which also failed. In 2023, I reached out to the initial ARC representative *********************** and informed I wanted to cancel this loan. *** received the itemized statement from the clinic and she said my clinic was never paid any monies for the package because a start date was not given, however they did utilize some of the lab work for $4364.50. I informed *********************** to pay them what they are owed from the loan and then apply the remainder back onto the loan with ****. This communication occurred 3/27/2023. To this day(5/28/23), I am still paying in a loan in which ARC has not refunded back to Ally. I have reached out several times to *********************** without response. No one is returning my phone calls or emails and Im at a loss of what to do. They have my money and are sitting on it!!!!! Going through IVF is hard enough and now dealing with a company who doesnt care about the families and what they may be going through.I need HELP to get this money applied back to my loan with ************* is bad business!!!!Their policy is the borrower pays ARC a $750 cancel fee, which I paid and have the receipt for, once the provider office submits the information needed to ****** have done everything theyve asked and ** being treated this way.

      In August of 2021 I needed financing for completing Intrauterine insemination (IUI) so that I may become pregnant and have a baby. I was in correspondence with a representative named ****************** from ARC Fertility regarding the details of the agreement. I was approved for an IUI 3-cycle, Clomiphene/Letrozole for a total of $3,249.00 with 36-month term at ****% APR with the minimum payment of $100.31/month. Before signing the contract, I spoke with ******* on the phone to confirm details such as what would happen if not all 3 cycles were utilized. She advised me I would have a refund for the portion of the loan that was for the unused cycle/s. My Son was born 10/19/2022. We used two IUI cycles to become pregnant. After his birth I contacted ARC Fertility regarding the refund of the third cycle. The representative I spoke with told me that I did not get a refund for the unused cycle. I told her about my conversation regarding the refund with the representative ***************************. She proceeded to tell me that the representative was no longer with ARC Fertility as they were telling people incorrect information about the packages and contracts. She told me I was informed incorrectly regarding the refund. When the baby is born there is no refund for unused cycles this fulfills the contract, and the unused cycles are gone. She did not offer a refund or course of action for this even though I asked. I asked her to put a note in my file as I was counting on the refund as I only used 2 cycles of my 3-cycle agreement. I am now still making the payments for this, and they are earning interest. This is a contract through ARC Fertility and the loan is through *************** This is Loan was opened on 9/7/2021. My current balance is $1,810.26 as of today, 2/16/2023. I feel like ARC Fertility should have to honor the information that was provided to me while the representative was explaining the packages. I did not consider the representative would be incorrect.

      We purchased the IVF package Two-cycle Plus Success w ICSI for ******* Due to the medical complications in 1st cycle on the first step, IVF has to be terminated as it can't workout. I requested for cancellation last year in November 2021 and was cancelled in April after lot of efforts . I paid the cancellation charges of ***** The amount returned was $5726.50 which is far less than what was paid to the medcial facility by ARC. When i requested the bill clarification,my request was denied . I feel cheated with my money and demand independent audit of accounts from last 5 years . I also need my hard earned money back which accounts to additional $5000 . I am sure BBB will help towards resolution and if business has anymore excuse i won't hesitate to file civil lawsuit against ARC by my ******************* attorney .       My wife and I took out a loan through ARC Fertility and then our circumstances changed, and we immediately attempted to cancel the financing before our first payment was even due. They have been largely unresponsive. We received no response for over three weeks after sending a signed cancellation form, during which time we were expected to continue making payments on the loan which we had already cancelled. They are still dragging their feet and now my wife's credit score is taking a hit. They appear to simply be dragging their feet to extort as much money as possible from their borrowers.
