- Description, in detail, business structure and services;
- Identify company leadership and contact information;
- Promotional materials and brochures; and
- Other relevant marketplace information enabling BBB to better understand the business.
Unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.

On December 7, 2023, BBB Serving Los Angeles and Silicon Valley requested that the business substantiate, modify, or discontinue claims on the company's website, www.deltaghostwriting.com. BBB requested that the business clarify the images of books and their relationship with organizations advertised on their website (for example: Esquire, Los Angeles Times, NBC, Forbes, BBC, The New York Times). The business also advertises “Excellent [image of 5 stars] reviews on Trustpilot,” “Avail 75% OFF,” client testimonials, and claimed results.
