Absolutely the worst site. I get several emails a day saying I received this like or this woman is interested, but when I go to the website to check on the person I see many more times than not """ THIS PROFILE HAS BEEN DELETED""" See I think a reputable company would screen better before sending out these temptation emails. All they are designed to do is be able to say you have 100 like - unfortunately they don't reveal 98 of the hundred were FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!I asked for a refund - do you think I got it?

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!I am trying to cancel my membership and they are doing everything in their power to keep me from doing so. I tried calling their phone number listed with the BBB and when I call there is a message saying that unfortunately live support is not available at this ********** scam.Use FB dating. It is free and you actually get real people not fake profiles.

The absolute worst dating site out there. Charge exorbitant amount of money for a very bad online experience. This dating service is a joke.

I didn't understand why eHarmony always pops up as one of the best dating apps when I did online searches but now I realize that they are paying for those recommendations. It is not based off of their customer reviews. When you dig a little and find real consumer reviews they are overwhelmingly terrible. I have only been on the app for 3 weeks. This past week, five times I was sent a notification that I had received a "like" or a message from someone. When I open the app I get a notification that the person has been removed for violating the terms of their membership. Wow. 70% of the profiles don't have pictures with them. With the exception of 2 people, every person I've started a chat with wants to immediately move our conversation to text messages and they ask for my personal information. I have a 15 year age range set and 60 miles from my location and they keep telling me I have to widen my search because they can't find people to suggest for me. They also send me people who smoke when I specifically said that was a big no for me. No lie, I even had a "featured recommendation" from them and the picture of the person was lying in a hospital bed and was hooked up to tubes! eHarmony is a scam. They try to make you think you are getting a better deal by joining for 12 months but then you cannot cancel it. I'm out almost $400. I'm an idiot. Don't

eHarmony has been a bitter & costly experience. After dutifully answering their screening questions & paying $400+ for a year's membership I found there were virtually no women in my age group (older) & the failry broad descriptions.I was searching for. Also my bankcard labeled eHarmony's deductions a possible fraud.I attempted to recover most of my membership fees.I was threatened by eHarmony with being turned over to a collection agency.I did not wish to sacrifice my credit rating to this avaricious & false promises company. They are a waste of money & deceptive in their ************ not patronize.

Ditto everyone else here. It's a scam, and worse, it's a humiliating scam. You lose your money. You lose time. You lose dignity and self-esteem. If you are lonely, you'd be a lot better off if there was contact information on review sites like this. No pics, no profiles, but at least you would know that the person you contact is a person, and that they're looking to make friends. Or at least they were until eharmony destroyed whatever hopes they had and whatever faith they had in basic human (and corporate) decency.

This website is fully populated by bots and pig butchering scammer accounts. They are unwilling to refund for any reason despite no valid services being rendered.

I had to give 1 star but truly I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT waste your money or time on this dating website unless you have money to kiss goodbye!!! I signed up and within 12 hours I wasnt satisfied with website. I emailed to ****** my subscription. I found this while searching the internet about canceling/refunds for subscription.Does eHarmony have a 3 day cancellation policy?Any refunds under this 3-day cancellation policy will be made within 10 days after ********* receipt of your written cancellation ************ Send a cancellation request to subscriptions at eharmony before midnight on the 3rd business day excluding Sundays/holidays.I did send several emails regarding my subscription. All they give you the run-around so they dont have to cancel & refund your money. Only certain states? Very shady!!! Since I cant get anywhere with eharmony customer service, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT sign up with eharmony.

Eharmony is fraudulent! I live in ****** and signed up for Eharmony in *******Most of my " Discoveries " are American men. Some are Canadians but live greater than 150 km from my home. Many are fake and some are scammers!I am not asking EHarmony to place a potential partner on a silver platter. I Am asking for the opportunity to meet someone close to my home and Canadian. Eharmony suggested I move when I contacted them!!I am 71 years old and on a fixed income.Eharmony is more concerned in locking in monthly payments for 3 years than making sure their clients are being treated fairly, respectfully and with integrity. I signed up in Faith and Trust that my payment would be exchanged for an opportunity to meet compatible and local people. My Trust is broken. I reiterate that Eharmony is fraudulent.
