    I am very disappointed after 6 months and they will not let me out. 80% to 90 have no photos and they tell me i am getting emails and likes. That is not a hit. They said maybe its my fault with my wants. Its only age and no more then 100 in distance that I filtered. ******** customer service!

    I was referred to eHarmony from a current user. I was warned ahead of time to be very careful but that is was the best online dating service of the options out there. Much to my dismay was immediately sent "fake likes and messages" I was sent "external" phone numbers to "call" being told that these so called "likes" preferred to "connect" via their phone numbers instead of through eHarmony's "secure" message system. I wasted $439.45 with this company that offers ZERO refund, I signed up for a 6 month membership but was only active for one day. I spent two days getting my information removed and I have since cancelled my account and deleted all my information. Their FREE service is a joke and really doesn't give any other option but to "sign up" and PAY THE ****** I've learned my ****** and will spread the word to avoid this service at all costs. They really should give refunds within a reasonable period if a person is not TOTALLY SATISFIED. This is people's live you are dealing with and the scammers are the protected ones. At least eHarmony deleted my account completely as requested but not until after they willingly took my full 6 month subscription fee. In my mind, they are no better then the scammers who are on their site. All of them are wrong. It's just wrong.

    Under no circumstances should anyone use this dating site. It is actually FULL of scammers whose intentions are to take your money after 24 hours on the site I (a man) was contacted by numerous nice looking women would contact me and after a few emails eharmony would identify these accounts as fraud so the site is inundated with scammers I saw the same woman post in like 15 different states with similar pictures and these scammers are look to get money from men and eharmony has no technology or clue how to deal with this and they will not return my $196 sis month membership!! They are a total rip off and should not be in business.

    I created an account with the soul purpose of finding someone to fall in love with. I have found that special someone now. I went to close my account and try to stop the payments. I emailed the support team and yes told that, they will delete my account, but they will not stop my *********** NOT TRY EHARMONY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

    I joined for 12 months , and after 3 weeks am disappointed in EH matching. They also allow scammers. I reported two . I do think it is a problem on most online dating sites, yet EH markets itself as being for serious relationship seekers.

    Eharmony has a predatory auto renewal policy. Beware, you will not receive a notice and they will not negotiate for any reason. Choose an another company for online dating!

    This website is forcing people to pay even after cancellation. I enrolled and stayed for not more than two weeks. Must of the profiles are fake. I immediately cancelled the subscription, but they did not process cancellation and now they reported the cancelled account to a collection agency. I repeatedly requested the cancelation and only received a standard email back with no explanation or solution.
