I need LCR Health ************************** to modify/discontinue to engage in deceitful advertising practices. ***************** advertises that he has developed the formula for ACTIVE-PK, but Roundhouse Provisions *********************** also advertises that he is the inventor of the same formula found in his THREE HIT COMBO. Additionally, they both are using the same fulfillment center located in **********, ***********, and that center insists on sending out the same bottles with different labels on them all expired! The public needs to know what is in these bottles and what company is the real inventor of the formula or if its being purchased from a 3rd party inventor. Right now, the customer is deceived into buying THREE HIT COMBO from *********************** because he invented it with his team. And customers are being deceived into buying ACTIVE-PK because ************************** is claiming he developed the formula. Please see full explanation in my attachment.Business response

LCR Health does not agree with these allegations. However, in the interest of maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, ********************** has refunded this customer in full. ********************** invites the customer to contact ********************************** if they has any further concerns.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: they have not responded to any of the concerns raised in the complaint. I never asked for a refund because I already have a refund. Why are they lying and selling expired product. please answer that question LCR Health. Why are you alleging you developed a formula that it is also being sold by *********************** Roundhouse Provisions and why are you both using the same fulfillment center to rip people off. you are selling an expired product and deceiving the public.

I purchased a product called "Ultimate H2" from a company called LCR HEALTH ****************** on August 3, 2022. They have different price points for single item purchase, three month supply and 6 month supply purchases. Obviously price per unit is lower for longer time supplies. I purchased the six month supply for the lowest price. I received the order on August 8, 2022. When I opened the package I inspected the bottles and noticed that they all had lot number plus "EXP 12/22". Printed on the bottom of the bottles. Obviously a six month supply should have a minimum expiration date of "02/23". I sent them an email the next day (8/8/2022) to inform them of this. They responded the following day that the dates on the bottom is the manufacture date and they adhere to the highest safety standards. Obviously this was an erroneous statement since the current date is August and "12/22" was still three and a half month from the current date. So the date on the bottom was obviously not the manufacture date. It clearly was stamped "EXP 12/22" I demanded the items be replaced but they refused to do so. To me this will clearly become selling expired supplements in 3 and a half months. They kept saying the items are within their potency dates and will not be replaced. Funnny that they did not bring up the bogus Manufacture Date claim any more. My last two emails to them have not been answered by them yet. This, to me, clearly screams FRAUD. It appears that they have unsold products and they want to load them off to unsuspecting people,Business response
