Beware that their repair guys will charge a service/repair fee and a 2'nd repair fee to actually install the part. They defend it by saying one is a fee for the driver to come out and the other is for the actual repair fee. This would be ok if they let you know up front. Paying nearly $400 for a new plastic ice tray plus labor was beyond unfair. Won't be buying another one of their products.Review from Patricia A

I have the pro series induction range since Feb 2023. The cooktop failed within a month. I have had it repaired 3 times, now I need a fourth repair. The company will not replace it, saying the fourth problem is a separate issue (the center burner not the sidehow is that different?). They will extend warrantee 3 months, but the unit is a lemon and will fail again. For $12K, this is unacceptable. Do not buy, unhelpful customer service. Purchased a F6PSP30S1 30 wall oven.Its has fingerprints of the installer on the inside of the outside door glass.It also has a metal rattling , buzzing noise when cooling and using certain functions.Obviously, quality control is non existent.We are still trying to decide if we want our brand new oven torn apart to clean fingerprints and whatever the other problem is. We originally were going to buy a cheaper oven, but thought the better quality would be a better choice. Looks like we were wrong. PisssssssedFisher & Paykel Appliances Inc Response

No after the sale customer service. We own a f&p cooktop model gc36wac which the trivet feet have worn down or have gone missing and cannot find anyplace including Fisher& Paykel that has a replacement option. I realize this cooktop is over ***************************** perfect working condition and still **************. I have called f&p and all they could do is apologize for not having this part. I guess when it scratches the stainless more or becomes too dangerous to cook on ,I will just throw it out and buy another BRAND to replace it. It will not be Fisher and Paykel. I drive a 53 year old car that I can STILL buy parts for. The part number for the trivet feet is fp530550p.Review from Emily M

Our apartment has brand new Fisher and Paykel appliances. Our stove top oven wasn't installed correctly by the company and we've been having issues with the oven's door. They came to replace a part that was broken (and made us pay for it, of course). Replacing it the first time took a lot of phone calls and 3 different visits. In less than a year the same part broke again. I've scheduled appointments to get it replaced and after having 3 different technicians come to our apartment they still havent done anything. The last one said they didn't have on record that they had come to the apartment already (even though we had scheduled that 3rd appointment because they had already received the aport the ordered). I've been trying to schedule a new appointment and every single time i get put on hold while they check if they received the part and every time the call mysteriously drops and no one calls me back so I have to start the whole process again. Literally the absolute worst customer service ive ever encountered and im getting close to the point of wanting to replace this new oven so I dont have to deal with these horrible company again. Fisher and Paykel has the worst customer service. Since May of 2023 Ive been dealing with a Range Hood that doesnt work. *** spoke to numerous associates and had a tech come to my house. The tech wrote on the report that the appliance is a poor design and only takes the smoke out while using the center burner. Every time I call an associate says they will get in touch with a manager to call me. Its been months and nothing has been done. Smoke is going straight to my ceiling. I spent a lot of money on all Appliances by Fisher and Paykel. I regret it completely at this point. I will always buy Viking, Wolf or Sub Zero. This Range Hood needs to be replaced. Fisher and Paykel just keeps on giving me the run around. Big regret purchasing *********************************************** French Door refridgerator 9/22. Installed 5 months ago and STILL not working properly doors not closing all the way despite replacing all hinges, plastic parts (SO. MUCH. BRITTLE. PLASTIC) cracking and falling off. We bought a Fisher Paykal dishwasher back in June 2022. By July we started having problems. It consistently stops working and gives us a code A7. Like someone else stated they just kept sending repair people out and it would solve nothing. We have done everything they asked and finally they agreed to send it "higher up" for approval to replace it. We still are getting the round around every time we call. They say someone will call you in one to two days. A week goes by and no call. We call again and spend a lot of time on hold and reexplaining the situation again. We have been told we are waiting on a **************** Managers approval. We ask to speak to or be given the name and contact i formation for this Regional Manager only to be told there is no reason. The customer service staff refuse to allow us talk to someone higher up! We are soooo frustrated with this company and have no idea where to go from here. Where do I begin? We purchased a refrigerator and it didn't work from day one. Since then we have been stuck in an endless loop with customer support. They send a repair company. The repair company orders a part and sends a report to fisher and paykel. FP claims they never got the report. We have repair company resend. FP says they got it, but when we call for an update the report is missing again. More back and forth with customer service follows. After waiting another week or two another repair visit is scheduled or a new part is installed - but the machine still doesn't work. We ask for our money back and to return the machine, but they insist on sending the repair company back out - and the cycle continues. At one point the repair company discovered an entire component, the dampener, is missing from the machine - it was simply never installed at the factory. The mother board, a fan, and now the dampener have been replaced or installed and still it doesnt work. The store that sold us the fridge says they can't help us because the case is with FP. It has been months. After 4 or 5 repair visits when will we be listened to? When will they give us back our money? Tonight when the fridge was "fixed" again and yet again it didn't work - I just cried. We have been without a fridge for months. We are a family of 5. This has been so hard. How can a company treat its customers so poorly and leave us stranded?
