Best hair care and hair color company I have used in my professionally career as a hairstylist.

I have been a stylist for 24 years. 6 years ago ***** barely putting food on the table and seriously considering switching careers. Then I discovered a friend in ******** at JWP and she was incredibly helpful. In the last 6 years this company has allowed me the opportunity to elevate EXPONENTIALLY! I have become a salon owner, ************** a National Educator. By taking advantage of the retail opportunities I was able to add well over 25k just in retail sales to my bottom line and its growing monthly. I have assisted MULTIPLE stylists and was trained to become a mentor to them. Watching others grow and see their potential is a true gift. The product is consistent and **** is constantly innovating. I cant say enough about our community and the opportunities to work hard,play WELL and grow BIG!

If I could leave zero I would. I was renting a chair in a salon that used Jack Winn Pro products and decided to try them. I placed an order on June 30th received it July 11th. Called for to return the product on July 14th and was told by **** that I could. I asked about who was going to pay for the shipping. I was told by **** that since it was a Friday there was no one there that could make that call.so she would reach out to the appropriate people and I would receive a phone call back in the next business day on Monday.. no phone call. So I called today Tuesday and was told by the owner ***************** that per policy you can only return from 14 days from when the order was made. He also couldnt understand why I couldnt use his products. Well Jack your retail line is great. I dont like your color line. All colors fade to a gold green. Its gross. Your business is a pyramid scheme and you state you only sell to licensed cosmetologist. That is a lie. I know for a fact you have people recruiting and purchasing that do not carry cosmetology licenses. I have purchased from ************************* for over 20 years. Never have I ever had a problem returning in opened or unused products. Even months later. I will never purchase from you and I will not recommend your company to any future clients or stylist I meet. Your standards are below sub par.

I love Jack Winn Pro products! I switched my color and product line over to them 5 years ago in an effort to use products that are better for my clients, myself and the environment. They use pharmaceutical grade botanical ingredients and my clients scalp definitely noticed a difference. The products are vegan, gluten-free and responsibly sourced.

Every business is a pyramid, someone is making all the money and its usually NOT the person doing the work. ***************** has proved to be the best company and products conveniently made available to stylists and consumers that actually care about your business and hair!
