    Horrible company - a real scam! I tried to reach them to cancel within the month. I had until the 17th, but one of them had extended it to the 18th. They ended up taking the payment on the 16th, and it was extremely difficult to talk to someone. I sent them a letter with the info and details. No response. After 3 weeks, I called again and left a message. Someone called and when I went to answer they had hung up. They didn't try to leave a message. I never received my refunds!

    I was not told I needed to include my car mileage, so sent them a letter with the mileage. Two weeks later I hadn't heard from them so called them. I was told they never received my letter. So on March 6th I sent them another letter. I still have not received a letter or call from them. They kept the deposit and took the 1st payment, 1 day early so I could not cancel it!! I recommend people do not do business with Warranty Protection Services. It is a terrible company.

    HORRIBLE, SCAM, Dont use them!! Easy to sign up but if you need a supervisor you wont get one. If you need to cancel you wont EVER GET ANYONE AND IF BY CHANCE YOU DO, THEY PRESSURE YOU TO STAY AND WHEN YOU SAY NO- THEY BECOME SUPER RUDE! Dont use this company!!!!!!! Youll be sorry!

    I received a mail saying final notice and that my warranty for my new car was ending. I tried to call the number and spoke to **** ***** assuming to be the dealership. He asked me my vin, car mileage and other details. He offered me the warranty and said the amount I need to pay. I told him its too much for me so he lowered it to a more affordable option. He told me I need to decide on it right away or else I wont be to qualify afterwards. So I accepted the offer and gave my card details. Been trying to wait for the policy for me to review but there was no email sent. Thinking it was shady and used high pressure tactics I searched and saw negative reviews saying its a scam so I immediately froze my card. Now they keep calling me and sending messages saying I missed a payment. I tried calling customer service to cancel but he wants me to pay first then I can refund it afterwards. I find it pointless. Hes telling me to just give my card details so it will be settled. I just want my policy cancelled without incurring more damages and stop them from calling me.

    The representative I spoke with ***** ******** was a very hospital individual with compassion and empathy towards my situation with hurricane ******. He was able to work with me to ensure I'd be able to afford my payments and keep my car insured.     Agent was knowledgeable. H however, the issues that I am facing now, are not covered. That was not made clear to me until all was signed and I agreed. My issues are not mechanical they are inaccurate odometer reading. Which is caused me to run out of gas. That is, a real concern for me.
