  Vintage Design is unwilling to remedy the product and workmanship quality within the warranty period (1yr). This claim was filed with ****** ("the Builder") after our walkthrough on Nov 7, 2022. Vintage Design is the 3rd party contractor through Lennar. We have been following up with both ****** and Vintage Design on this warranty claim over the last 11 months without any resolution. The last correspondence with both ****** and Vintage Design on the week of August 20th indicating that neither party has the intention to remedy this matter. Vintage Design said they will not be replacing the stone tiles due to the complication of the job may create.

  We bought a house last year and decided to get wood-like tile here. Let me start with the customer service is sub par from the time we walked in. We have a 3 hour window where we come and decide tile selections and the person who helped us seemed districted the whole time. She kept going to the back and did not help us pick good flooring. It seemed as if she just wanted us to make a decision. When we came to inspect the product before it went in the house, I inspected the tile and asked if we could pick something else the lady said rudely that it was already bought and this is what was going in the house. I was not comfortable with the tile when we picked it and after we came back and inspected it. We felt rushed and the lady who originally helped us did not give info. She just said to call when we had made up our minds. At that point I should not have gotten any flooring from this company. The tile put on the floor is of cheap and poor quality material and it needs to be replaced.

  I just received the complaint letter for Vintage Design regarding a complaint issued by ******** ********.  This is the first complaint letter received, thought it states it’s the second notice for complaint ID ********.  We recently have the tile manufacturer visit the home on 6/1/21 and are awaiting their findings.  We’ve followed up with the manufacturer twice since then, including this morning, to have them send us a report of their findings.
