      Horrible customer service and refuse to do their job in a time manner. Not only am.I am owner I *** a board member and working with this company has been the worst experience ever. Be aware! Do business somewhere else and save yourself the stress!

      This company lacks organization. THey almost doubled their community fees in the 3 years I have lived here. They harass the homeowners, lack compassion for the elderly, do no accommodate individuals who speak other languages than english and do not serve the community well. They also send lawyers against you (that they pay for with your money!).They barnacle your car parked in front of your own garage and you have to pay over $300 to remove the barnacle from your windshield. Board members , to include the current president of the board park their cars in front of their garages with no consequence. When *** gets quote s from contractors, they do not do their due diligence and get enough quotes which is detrimental to the community finances. THey charge extra admin fees to send out correspondence to homeowners even when those homeowners have elected email correspondence.When homeowners attend zoom meetings, they sensor homeowners by shutting off their video as well as the chat feature.I personally got injured in the jacuzzi from their lack of maintenance. Security is non existent and homeless people make their way into the jacuzzi for a bath. They reject ideas for solar and other ideas which are economically efficient for the community.

      The worst HOA ever- zero communication- zero integrity - zero concerns - they have one hand in owners pocket- disgustingly rude- why are they in business- Without communication they put lien on my property and wanted to sell my place for $1500. I was out of country and caught it by chance- staff are rude -manager is obnoxious zero personality-

      ************** How can BBB allow CID Management, *** ******* ** to continue to stay in business? ************************ doesn't have the social skills or knowledge to run this company. At this moment she's overseeing an *** with/without a legal contract. Shes handling the *** monies and having their taxes prepared. Homeowners have asked the *** Board for a copy of her contract, but they keep stalling giving us bs answer. I see BBB gave CID Management, *** F rating.

      ********************* lacks the skills to operate her own management company called CID Management. She is rude and makes unwarranted remarks when asked a question. She lacks social, communication and writing skills. She responds to emails without addressing the issue and often her responses are misleading, vague and evasive. She doesn't apply HOA rules uniformly and tends to find fault to new owners as if to establish power. She lies to get herself out of a situation to the extent of compromising her own employees. In the meetings I have attended, she was allowed the run each meeting so she had the power of dodging a complaint by moving on to the next agenda. How can you trust this owner of CID Management to run the business of your association.

      Stay away from these upscale slumlords. CID specializes in unlawfully deferring their own responsibilities to the owners/renters. A pipe in the boiler room burst costing me thousands of dollars in damages, destroying everything in my storage locker. (Framed art, antique furniture, etc.) They claimed they were not liable. Another leak happened a few months later, with the same result for 10+ tenants. They denied any liability once again. Their elevators frequently stop working with people stuck inside. Theyre forced to call 911, because **** and ******* refuse to answer their phone. (Youre just screwed if you dont have your phone on you- Start yelling and hope for the best.) Multiple car break-ins for nearly a decade, with the same useless dummy camera setup. Spoiler alert: its not working. Buy some real cameras. Even the maintenance crews they hire just blow dirt around without sweeping it up. CID worries about people not breaking down cardboard, but ignore the scattered beer cans on the ground and on the mailboxes for weeks. They also choose to ignore the puddles of dog urine inside the elevator. Thats what you pay for monthly if you own/rent a property managed by CID. Just dont do it. There are plenty of non-crooked HOAs out there.I received a fantastic response from ******** on Yelp who told me to educate myself. regarding liability. Sure, Ill do just that. Im well aware that the owners are responsible for their own pipes. But you know what the owners ARENT responsible for? The freaking boiler room. (AB 968 of Civil Code section **** )- HOA is infact responsible for damage from a common pipe. Just say no thanks to gaslighting, pseudo upscale slumlords. Do not invest.
