    If I could do ZERO stars I would. Absolutely terrible. The shirts fit terribly. And whenever you try to return anything, they say youve worn it and washed it. I literally ordered a bunch of different colors of the same shirt. Tried one on. Didnt fit. Returned all of them. They rejected my return and said I had worn and washed all of them. Meanwhile all but one were in the original packaging and original folded position. What a joke of a company. They dont respond to anything emails either.

    First, they had me paid to return my clothing, then they sent it back, saying that it had been worn which it had not. Im not that kind of person and I dont appreciate the accusation. This is not my first issue with them but the first time Ive decided to write a review. Terrible quality, terrible customer service

    This is the 1st time I have ever left a message w/ the BBB or any review site. I like Talentless heavy duty sweatpants and was going to buy another pair but I changed my mind due to cost. They were discounted, but were still $90 which was out of my budget. A day later, I got an email from Talentless. They said I forgot I had something in my cart (I thought I had emptied it) and said everything in my cart was 30% off. That prompted me to click the email, find my cart and go to checkout. The problem was, there was no 30% discount. I wrote Talentless and explained everything including a screen shot of the email that said "Everything in your cart is also 30% off. You're welcome." I got an auto-reply 5 minutes late w/ a case # and message that they would get back to me." That was 3 weeks ago. The only message they sent was that they could no longer save my cart.The next week, they sent me an email reminding me about my cart and including a 20% discount code. Sure enough, even though they had sent me an email that they released my cart, the sweats were still there and, even though I was still unhappy about the bogus 30% offer, I went to checkout and entered the code. It was rejected. I tried again by typing it in rather than cut/paste but it still failed. So I wrote Talentless again. Another auto-reply, another case # and after that nothing until they sent a second 'we're releasing your cart' email.Then I got another email w/ a 30% off what was in my cart offer. Once again, there was no 30% off, I wrote again, and received the same auto-reply w/ a 3rd case number. After waiting another week, I decided to share my experience and am hoping Talentless will see this. After all, if you scroll down the negative reviews, you will fins a positive one that Talentless replied to. Hey Talentless, I have saved all 3 emails I described above and DARE you to reply to me or this post. But don't worry, I am not holding my breath.

    I purchased a gift for my daughter on Nov 12th. She open the package upon arrival and asked if I could exchange it for a larger size. I returned (exchanged) the items and they were received on November 26th at their facility. I have called with no answer ( and cant leave a message because mailbox is full) emailed 6 times with no response. Its beyond frustrating that its been almost one month with no response.

    they barely answer emails or calls had to call credit card company to get my refund after it arrived there for days avoid the headache

    I ordered from them, wore it for 2 seconds and saw it doesnt fit so i returned Them ( i only Wore 1 of 3 shirts for a second. They didnt refund me because they said its been used and damaged and smells like perfume. They also denied to give me my money back. Horrible business

    I love the tees from Talentless. Pretty sure they've easy had over 100K customers, so hopefully the few bad reviews here are just one offs or nonsense people trying to take them down. Ive ordered from this company many times now and have dealt with the customer service on numerous occasions.

    This is the worst and lowest scam company. Clothes are trash and then when you try to return, welcome to h*** with the rudest least professional customer service. I'm going to contact my bank and file fraud on these charges. That's the only way you can get any money from returns with this scam company.

    I am very disappointed with this brand. Their sizing runs very inconsistent. I ordered 1 pair of shorts size M - they were HUGE and I was unable to return. I ordered a different pair of shorts size S after reading reviews, and the shorts were TINY. Again, I attempted to return and lost $22 in the process. They did not reimburse the outrageous $10 shipping fee and on top of that they added an $8 handling fee. So my order total was $102 and when I returned my 2 items (the day I got them, unworn), I only got $82 refunded. I received no help after reaching out to their customer service. That does not make any sense to me! NEVER will I order from this brand again.
