    I PURCHASED AN ENGINE ON 08 06 AND AFTER RECEIVED FOUND IT TO HAVE USED PARTS SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP AND THEN CONTACTED THE VENDOR AND RETURNED THE ENGINE I HAVE CONFIRMATION THAT THE ***** WAS RECEIVED BACK TO THE COMPANY 03 04 2025 IT TOOK THAT LONG FOR THE COMPANY TO RESPONDED TO MY NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS BUT THEY HAVE IT BACK AND NOW WONT AGAIN RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS

    The company is an engine remanufacturer. The engine they shipped exploded internally. They have a warranty and we were in the warranty period. The engine was removed, shipped and no engine returned. That was 10 weeks ago. All attempts at contacting the company have failed. Different reports from the internet state the business is closed. This was a lot of money for a college student.

    August 2023 purchased a rebuilt engine for $2200.00 we received the engine and put it in the car and after 2 months the engine failed. We sent back the engine in January and we're told we would get a new rebuild and have not seen one and have been told by ***** the owner that it has shipped. This has been 2 weeks with nothing showing up and now they won't answer or respond to any of my calls or voicemails.

    Bought a remanufactured 7.3L long block on 9/7/21; received 1st engine on 10/11/21. Engine found to have a bad main bearing; attempted to contact company from 10/13/21 until finally reaching someone in 1/22. Instructed to send original engine back for replacement. Per company, shipper lost the engine twice and was now unable to locate, so they were sending another replacement. 15 days later, contacted company again because replacement had not been received; told that engine had been lost and another engine was being sent. Finally received replacement engine 4/22 and notified company that multiple components were missing - no response after 2 weeks, so paid to have needed components bought and installed. 5/22 - engine will not start; called seller and left multiple voicemails. 6/22 - paid mechanic to begin R&D of replacement engine; found to not be producing sufficient oil pressure to allow injectors to function. 7/22 - began calling seller daily and leaving voicemails regarding what ******** had found and requesting help - no reply. Continued attempting to contact company through 12/22 - no reply. Moved truck to another mechanic shop in 1/23 for more specialized R&D - found to have internal components missing; paid $2600 to have engine repaired. On initial start up, engine found to have excessive blow by - enough to blow through gaskets. Continued trying to contact seller - still no response. Engine has 779 miles on it since initial start up, ***** or pushes out over 1qt of oil per 100 miles. I was supposed to have a remanufactured engine delivered to me and instead have an engine that acts as if it has 300K+ miles on it.

    Ordered a complete 7.3 powerstroke engine for a customer and while installing the ******************** found 3 snapped off manifold bolts in the heads and the main cap studs the hold the oil pickup tube were in the wrong spot so I had to take a main cap off the crankshaft and retorque it. The customer drove the truck for 800 miles and it started pushing all the coolant out of the bottle and hydro locked the engine with coolant. I have contact them several times and cant get ahold of anyone.

    I purchased what I was told to be a refurbished engine from United Engines. It was shipped to a location where I could pick it up. Engine appeared to be as described. After I installed the engine in my vehicle it only lasted approximately 500 miles before it seized up. I was told , by United Engines to ship it back and they sent another engine that they claimed also to be refurbished and it lasted approximately **** miles before it failed and over heated. Again they said to ship it and they would replace it. I shipped it November 2nd 2023 and they did not respond. I called them November 20th and asked what was going on with my engine and was told that it was going to ship the next day , November 21. As of December 6 I have not heard anything. I have called 5 different phone numbers associated with United Engines and no one answers. One number I was able to leave a message and I asked to be called back. Nothing. I also emailed with no response.

    Bought a rebuilt motor and they make you pay additional ****** for core deposits I get the new motor have my mechanics installed it and 2 days later the motor sized up the company won't send *********** it back and said if I send back the motor they already rebuilt they will fix I don't believe this company if I send back they are just going to keep both my motors and tell me to get ****** cause clearly how they do business I just want my old motor back and my money so I can go to a reputable company
