      I am writing to file a formal complaint against ******************* regarding the numerous issues I have encountered with their services. Ukay was recommended to me as a furniture delivery service by Bloomingdales, and I engaged their services for the delivery of a king ******** from a Bloomingdales outlet in ********** to my residence in *******. However, my experience with **** has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.The issues began with the pickup of the ********, which was scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 2, 2023. To my dismay, the ******** was never picked up as planned. Subsequently, there were continuous delays, with promises of delivery being pushed back week after week. Finally, on Thursday, June 15, 2023, the ******** was loaded onto a truck and sent to Ukay's warehouse for delivery to *******. However, even after more delays were communicated to me, I traveled to my ******* apartment only to be informed that the ******** could not be loaded onto the truck and was still sitting in their warehouse. This entire situation is completely unacceptable.Moreover, I would like to bring to your attention the damages and poor handling of another order I had placed with ****. This order, originating from ********, was delivered to ******* on Friday, June 23, 2023. Unfortunately, several items in this delivery, including a marble floor lamp valued at over $1,200 and a ************************* chair valued at over $1,500, were damaged due to the movers' negligence. The lamp was dropped, shattering it all over my apartment, and the ******** and box springs from this order were delivered in an extremely dirty condition, covered in grime and dirt, without being adequately wrapped in blankets by the company.Throughout this ordeal, **** has displayed a lack of professionalism, failing to provide any compensation or resolution for the damaged items from the second order. Instead, the company has been deliberately delaying and evading responsibility, leaving me dissatisfied and frustrated with their services. I find it unacceptable that they have held my ******** hostage in their hot warehouse, considering its fragile nature and high value.In light of the aforementioned issues, I kindly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter. I believe that ******************* should be held accountable for their poor service, negligence, and lack of proper handling of my belongings. My desired outcome is as follows:1. Immediate delivery of the ******** to my ******* residence, in pristine condition, at no additional cost and refund of the original shipping fee for the excessive delay.2. Full compensation for the damages incurred during the delivery of the second order, including the replacement cost of the shattered marble floor lamp and the damaged ************************* chair.3. Prompt resolution and compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and expenses I have incurred as a result of ****'s delays and poor service.

      Hope all are well,

      I have received this letter today on 8/11 here in ******** ** Hub.

      This order was picked dup from ** and delivered in ** so I am not sure if this is being filed at eh correct location.

      However, I can see some of the details. It looks like our ** office I have approved the $629 refund on 6/30/2023

      I will share this and have our ** hub take over from here since they know more about this entire client.

      Ordered an IN STOCK item on 3/28/22 from the retailer (City Furniture). Ukay took possession of the items on 4/29/22. The items are still in Miami and hasn't moved. The items still need to be transported to California before it arrives at my house. Best estimate is sometime in July. Customer service from has been very unhelpful. Per Ukay's website: When May I Expect Delivery? We will contact you within 48 hours after we receive the merchandise into our warehouse to schedule your delivery. Nationwide deliveries are made within 1 to 2 weeks. In most areas, we deliver weekly. Paid $200 in delivery fees Ukay ticket number: ****** City Furniture invoice number:********** I am requesting the items to be delivered as soon as possible and a refund of the shipping fees.
