I purchased a ********** and the sales person never asked about height. Well, it was too tall. They put in an ADA ********** to replace it that didn't even fit water glasses. They were nice enough to try and replace it with another brand the second time and that din't work. Come to find out, they have a free service where someone comes to your homes, measures, and sits with you to decide what will work. All of t his could have been avoided but the salesperson only cared about making the sale. The ADA ********** also had knee dents from the installer and they offered 10% off and said they will sever ties with me. They really don't care. I contacted their parent company, Best Buy, and the issue was resolved. The sales staff and managers at the Carlsbad location are not competent.

Reporting another terrible experience! We were buying from this store for over a year, saw enough so we think that this store is having big issues that they don't want you to know about; they re playing 'the movie 'Everything is fine ' LOL, apparently their plot is not matching reality! For instance, when your item will arrive damaged as it happened to us , they will hold ur money for unknown time and will kick you out with threats if you ll try to complain ! Yes! thats how professional! LOL! Skipping the irony we also think that this store need to update Management that will be capable to handle any issues respecting us, clients, paying their bills, we also think that not all employees re able to handle their jobs at this Store! For instance, today, employee, ****** R, tried to call the police as soon as my wife pointed out that A.R failed to follow up on refund for over $2000, yes thats how ridiculous , unprofessional people cant be! And they are trying to get away with it hoping that no one will be able to help an upset customer as its tough to get ahold of their **************** or their CEO..Same person is in charge of this store while Store Manager is on vacation , what a joke really ! At this point we ve found mailing address of CEO, wrote, hoping to get his attention to make a positive changes this store urgently need! We are not ordering from this store anymore ; canceling last two orders as we learn that they will clean their feet of you no matter how much money you spent ! OK! Let's see if CEO will agree to loose customers, because of unprofessional employees like A.R! If we wont get a respond correcting the issue, we will be contacting *********** ; as this town can use better customer service indeed! We will write every week until alike issues wont happen again! As we said to Store Manager earlier ''Respect goes both way !' so be that kind to apply or be able to hire professionals to get ur pay check!
