I can't get ahold of no one I've been ordering for awhile product downhill no communication

Sidney Imports is a completely reputable company and has been in business for over 30 years. I've been a customer for a few years now and they have the best sterling silver quality. I'm always very happy with my orders!

Ordered from this company for quite some time. finally wan able to get someone on the phone today and the girl was very unfriendly. i have been ordering since 2016 and she helped me process an order for 1,900.00 + and never even told me thank you????....okay not impressed at all. they do not appreciate their customers. also i have placed order of 2000+ many time and never even received free shipping.

I have been purchasing from Sidney Imports on a weekly basis for well over six years and they have the best selection of Sterling Silver jewelry. Quality of jewelry is always top notch and customer service ensures that we are taken care of! They have been my main supplier for a long time now. I have also arranged my orders for pick up, so yes, they are extremely legitimate!

DO NOT PURCHASE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. PURCHASED 2 TIMES FROM THEM FIRST TIME ITEMS WERE MISSING BECAUSE WERE OUT OF STOCK ALTHOUGH THE WEBSITE WAS NOT UPDATED. SECCOND TIME I RECEIVED 1 SCRTACHED BRACELET, AND 2 RISSING WITH LOOSE CZ STONE, NOT MENTIONING THE OTHER RING THAT CZ STONE FELL AFTER 2 WEEKS. IF THEY WOULD ONLY ANSWER OR RESPOND MY EMAIL, I WOULD BE LESS AGRIVATING. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!! I REGRET NOT RESEARCHING MORE BEFORE.

I placed and paid in full an order of Stainless Steel Men Jewelry placed on April 13, 2021 the total amount of the order was five hundred and thirty one and twenty four cents plus shipping cost UPS Two Day Service. I encounter problems with the Shipping, I left a signed note to the front door to please leave the package outside the front door as was not able to be home and sign, for some reason Sidney Imports requested an Adult Signature which I never requested and I was never advised, as per UPS when is requested an Adult Signature they not able to leave even if I signed the Door Tag or Leave a Signed Letter outside the Front Door. I called Sidney Imports and an Woman so very rude, did not do anything, neither management they ignored all my emails plus they closed my account. it was so simple to call UPS and changed the Delivery issue, I need to wait until the following Wednesday which I am off from my regular job.
I received the products and Forty Eight Rings Stainless Steel for Men each of the rings the Onyx Stone was out of the rings, yes, the stone was inside the plastic bag, price of each ring three dollars and seventy cents, forty eight rings, the Total Amount I paid was hundred seventy dollars and sixty cents.
One Stainless Steel Bracelet Size ten the clasp was broken I paid seven dollars and forty three cents and one three inch Stainless Steel Cross was damaged, the cross I paid seven dollars and forty two cents.
The total amount of the damaged above jewelry and paid in full was one hundred and ninety two dollars and fifteen cents plus shipping cost.
I called and the same woman was so extremely rude she ended hang-up my call.
I sent the damaged jewelry back on April 30, 2021 by USPS Priority Overnight. The package was received and signed. I have all the documentation. I paid with Capital One Credit Card which I needed it to send all the documentation as back-up for the dispute.
I follow up sending several email's with no reply and I decided to declined the charges with Capital One, the investigation still going on, but this Sidney Imports deleted my account and I am not able to sign-in and send any email, I had send several email using their business email and no answer.
Their business are not registered with Los Angeles Better Business Bureau.
THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY, NOT TRUSTFUL, THEY ARE LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, THIS COMPANY ARE UNDER THREE COMPANY NAMES, ORDERED THROUGH SIDNEY IMPORTS AND CHARGES WAS UNDER FINESILVER AND THE OTHER COMPANY IS BRIGHT SILVER, FOR SOME REASON BRIGHT SILVER IS CLOSED OR IT LOOKS CLOSED, I WONDER WHY. MAYBE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH IRS IT WILL BE SMART.
Please, do not buy from this company heir location is Los Angeles, CA. I recommend you to research about this company prior to purchased any Silver or Stainless Steel Jewelry.
Believe me, all what I wrote is the true. Capital One has not receive any answer regarding this dispute from this company and soon the research is over. I really hope this company goes under auditing from IRS or Los Angeles Better Business Bureau. Thank you for reading this TRUE HONEST REVIEW.
