    I BOUGHT A SEAUTO SHARK ROBOT FOR MY POOL ON MARCH 15, 2024, A FEW WEEKS AGO IT STOPPED WORKING AND EVIDENTLY I SENT THEM AN EMAIL TO THE ADDRESS INTENDED FOR SUPPORT, BELIEVING THAT AS THEIR MANUAL REFLECTS A 24-MONTH WARRANTY THEY COULD GIVE ME A SOLUTION THEY REPLIED THAT IT HAD BEEN A PRINTING ERROR THAT THE WARRANTY WAS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR AND THAT THEY COULD GIVE ME 20% REFUND, I BELIEVE THAT THE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY REGARDING THE WARRANTY PERIOD CREATES A BREACH OF CONTRACT AFFECTING THE CONSUMER.IF THEY HAVE AN ERROR, THEY NEED TO GET FIXED.

    Purchased pool vacuum on Aug of 23. Machine stopped working last week. Contacted support and they said it only has a 1 year warranty. I sent them a copy of the warranty in black and white and they have not got back to me after numerous attempts. I have attached the warranty and purchase date.

    I purchased this companies top of the line pool cleaning robot called the Shark, and within a matter of a few months I had problems with it and had to return it under warranty. At that time they did not have the Shark in stock, and offered me a Seal which was a lesser model and did not cost as much as the Shark I originally purchased. They said they could only exchange my product for the Seal. I accepted as that was my only option. Within 6mo the my Seal broke and they warranties it again with another new Crab now. Now on my 3rd robot with them and within 30 days this new Crab has stopped working. I contacted them asking for a full refund, I e been more then patient and worked with them even though the product I received was less money then I originally spent. Now after the 3rd failed robot I requested a full refund in which they said they could only offer 20% refund or another Seal robot. I feel I am being taken advantage of and am not receiving the value I bought into with this company. On 6/12/25 they suggest I contact them for a full refund and I have yet to hear back since then. When I try contacting them I do not get an answer.

    I purchased the SAT 20 robotic cleaner in March of 2025. I did not use it until May 2025 when I opened my pool. The SAT 20 never worked. I called customer support and did all the troubleshooting suggestions over the phone with no result. I was told to submit the required information, purchase receipt and a video of the issue. I did and did not get a response. I have called several times to follow up and I am always told someone will get back with me today. The few times they have responded by email, they are requesting the information that I have already sent several times. This issue has been ongoing for a month.

    I purchased this product in August of 2023. From the original ad the product was warranty for 2 years . When the unit that cost $375 quit operating I contacted the manufacturer asking for help. They replied saying they will only offer a 20% refund and would not honor the warranty. In fact they said the warranty was only for 1 year . I am still awaiting a refund after over 30 days . I went to the store I purchased from ****** to find several reviews now warning not to purchase the product as the company does not honor the warranty or any customer service. They simply sell the items and never support the product as offer.

    Purchased a Seauto Se in 2023, that one did not make it a year. Got a hold of the company and they sent me a new one. This one also, died before the year was up. I would like a refund.     On 6/16/24 we purchased the Hydrus Pool Cleaner Manually Handheld from Woot. By 1/2025 the item was not working and giving an error front left directional motor control is broken. I tried reaching out to the company more than once. On the second attempt they resent an email they claim they had previously sent but I never saw. It had 8 steps to complete so tech could help us with the issue. The response to my reply and all 8 questions answered for them including a video was we didn't sell that model at that time so we can't help.The product has a two year warranty and we had it for 6 months. Reached out to customer service with ****** but they will not help as it is a WOOT purchase. **** will not help as it was past their 90 day site warranty. I tried yet again to reach out to Seauto and they no longer answer my emails. Tried going through the credit card company to file a dispute but but it was to long from the purchase date.

    I purchased a robotic pool cleaner through ****** from Seauto. The cleaner has since stopped working. I first called the company on March 5, 2025 and explained the problem. They sent me an email to fill out and to include pictures and videos of the the issue. I received a reply on March 7, 2025, saying that since the cleaner was purchased over 12 months ago, it was not under warranty. This is incorrect. The warranty states that the battery is covered for 12 months. BUT, the mechanical warranty is for 24 months. The battery will fully charge, but when put in the pool it will not move. This as shown and explained in the pictures and video that was sent to Seauto. I emailed Seauto with an image of the warranty on March 13, 2025. On March 17, 2025, Seauto replied saying that they would refund 20% of the price of the cleaner. When I refused the offer they then said they would refund 30%, if i accepted. When I refused the 30%, they then increased the offer to 35%, which I declined. A warranty should not be a negotiation. The company should cover the full value of the cleaner, or replace the cleaner.

    The high-level summary is as follows: Nov, 2023 -- I purchased a Seauto Shark from ******, supplied by Woot. May, 2024 -- My unit started just turning in circles; so, I called Seauto support and explained my issue; and gave them all of my purchasing information. I was told a ***lacement would be sent to me by the second week in June; and I could dispose of the defective unit.June and July, 2024 -- Numerous correspondence by telephone and emails were made to/from Seauto Support. Most emails informed me the ***lacement was on a ship that was delayed in transit. August 7, 2024 -- they offered to send me a new "Crab Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum"; and that they would send it to me ASAP. I sent them three (3) videos of my defective unit not working as they requested. I got no response. Fall, 2024 Seauto service *** told me to contact the seller and talk to them about a refund.However, months before this suggestion I contacted ****** on my own.They told me they could do nothing and suggested I contact your firm directly.Note: it appears Seauto uses Woot as is distributor; and ****** owns Woot.November, 2024 -- I ordered directly from Seauto, a ***lacement unit and I filed a dispute with my credit card firm.December 9, 2024 -- I contacted a Seauto and explained the situation; purchase was a ***lacement for a defective unit. The Seauto person agreed to inform the Seauto ****************** to refund my recent payment and to contact the Seauto Replacement Team telling them my issue was resolved. January, 2025 -- I was informed my dispute was not accepted.March, 2025 I contacted Seauto and requested a Return Address so I could return the ***lacement unit. This unit is still in its shipping box, unopened. April 2, 2025 Seauto told me "contact the store you purchased from directly to take care of it for you ,or you can have the store contact the supplier directly.This is the same thing I was told in the Fall of last year.

    In February 2024, I bought a Seal SE Robotic Pool Cleaner through ****** from this company for $427.99. It worked fine for the first 10 months, but then I noticed some problems with it; essentially, it was not cleaning my pool in a systematic back-and-forth manner, and thus not completely cleaning my pool. After trying to troubleshoot the device myself, I contacted the company in February 2025. For about 3 weeks, we emailed each other trying to troubleshoot it, where I sent them pictures, videos, and descriptions of the problem, and they would send back to me instructions on what to do or try to resolve the problem.On 20 March 2025, the company emailed me to inform me that the device was not repairable and since it was beyond the one-year warranty period, there is nothing they could do. This was the first time they lied to me and tried to not honor the device's warranty. Fortunately, I kept the instructions manual which specified that "the warranty is covered for 24 months for the machine." After informing them of this, they then backtracked and sent me an email as follows: "We are extremely sorry to inform you that our product is currently out if stock, so there is no inventory available at the moment; you would have to wait for a significant amount of time. We are concerned that the waiting process may cause you inconvenience, so we are willing to provide you a 20% refund."I told the company that this was completely unsatisfactory. They may no longer sell the "Seal" pool cleaner, but they have a new model, called the "Crab" that they could provide me in lieu of the Seal. Unfortunately, they never responded to my request and obviously, do not intend to honor their warranty. For the record, I believe this is a fraudulent company of which other consumers need to be aware. As for me, I want (and deserve) either a replacement for my broken pool cleaner or my $427.99 back.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I never received an email from the company--in my regular email folder or spam folder--since 24 Mar 25, before I submitted this complaint to the BBB.  I even called the company to check if they reconsidered their decision to not honor their warranty with me, but to no avail.  I just tried to call the company again now--5 times--but after being put on hold for 20 seconds, the line goes dead.  Maybe the company is referring to the BBB when it says to check the spam folder.  If not to which email account did they send the email note and from what address?
