    Please dont try to submit a return to this company, Cupshe. they do not have a customer service telephone number and when you try to submit an item to be returned, its virtually impossible. They make it so that you cannot return it. I highly urge anyone looking to make a purchase from this company to not do so now Im stuck with a purchase that I dont want and I cant return it. I also realized that this company, Cupshe is a business based in ***** with a warehouse in **********. This is not a USA manufactured garment. I urge you all do not purchase from this company.

    Would rate 0 stars if possible.Ordered swimsuits from the website, my estimated delivery date was 06/04/2025.Based on the tracking information of this package, you have "tried" 5 times. Each time, the tracking would be updated to "Package Undeliverable, returning to sender." Then the next day it would be back to "Out for Delivery". Package was never delivered! This is completely unacceptable. My mailbox is part of a cluster of mailboxes at the end of the block. There are no access gates, codes or keys that would prevent anyone from accessing them. Additionally, all my other orders have been delivered without an issue. Contacted Cupshe customer service who will only respond with, "It looks like package is out for delivery, please wait 1-2 business days for your package to be delivered". I have waited for too long, it doesn't look like they will not be doing anything about it. Now I'm out $75!

    They put the wrong address on my package and it was sent to the wrong state. Theyre doing nothing to help and my package has just been lost.

    I have placed multiple orders with this company. I have always received timely shipping and every item arrived. Products are high quality and look and fit very well. I own at least 30 of their swimsuits and each piece is high quality. I have also ordered tops, dresses, and rompers and again- high quality products and fit is true to size. I will continue to purchase from this business.

    I discovered this brand at a department but they didnt have the color I wanted so went to their website. Really loved the style and variety. I signed up with my email to get 20% off my first purchase so loaded 4 suits and two coverups to my cart. Received a text message with the 20% code. I input it and only got $12. I contacted customer service and was told that the link they provide takes you to their site and in small print it says $12 max. This is purposely misleading and false advertising. And unnecessary. I would have made my purchase because I like the styles and would have left happy. But instead, my first interaction with them was they manipulated and lied to me. Instead of 20% of, I got like 6% off, because its only 20% off a $60 purchase. Why not just say that?! The more you spend the less you receive. They did end up giving $25 off, but still only 13%. I will not return! I do not appreciate being disrespected. Maybe corruption is the standard for some countries but not in the **. Legally, they get away with it because they post it in small print but if were not false advertising they wouldnt need to write it in small print on their site.

    Love your bathing suits! I have bought . Every day in my tropical vacation, I have put on another bathing suit. One bathing suit had too much side ****, and I just save it for the hot tub at home At these prices, I can afford to buy three or four bathing suits for the price of one

    Unfortunately, the bathing suit seemed damaged. It lacked elasticity and seemed dry rotted. I have contacted the company and am awaiting to see if they refund with a return of the item.
