dec 27th, 2022, ** was purchased from ibuypower nov 17th, 2023 ** stopped working ibuypower tech support contacted, pictures taken to help resolve problem.it is determined that the ** needs to be returned to ibuypower for RMA.i am a disabled vet, and had issues getting to a ***** location, and 1st ***** shipping label expires.i was told by ibuypower that if i get the ** to their facility in 30 days, my warranty will still be valid.ibuypower receives ** on ***. 12 2024.i was told that i would receive regular email updates about my system, i never received one.on feb 2nd, i call to inquire about my **. i am told technician is out and to call back later to get an update. i do not call back, as their fone system is horrible.feb 12th, i get a email stating my ** has a filthy interior and is cockroach infested, AND we have pictures of this, but i never got or saw them it is also stated by ibuypower, that no one has been working on my **, that it has been sitting in queue since jan 12th.over the course of the next two weeks, the emails received from ibuypower, explaining what is going on, all differ.the cockroach infestation is now a dust filled interior and flies, then becomes a dusty wire bundle with a fly in the case, to finally, a fly in the wire bundle.i prove the case was immaculate by offering my pictures i still had from the original tech support conversation.so now ibuypower's story changes again, now there is shipping damage to the case.i tell them that is ok, the case is not the problem, fix the **.i have now been emailed by ibuypower, telling me my **'s video card has fallen out of it's socket, and bounced around inside the case, casing damage that is not covered by the warranty. this is only possible of some one literally threw the box.i am then told by *********, should they start a claim with *****? it will probably be denied.it has been 4.5 months since this process was started, and all i have encountered are lies and perfidious practices from ibuypower.

iBuyPower sent me a broken PC for $2,300. The motherboard was very obviously not installed correctly as it is not even on the standoffs inside of the case and somehow it still passed inspection and shipped anyway? Very upsetting.

The date of the original transaction was 01/07/2024 for the amount of $2027.76.On 01/08/2024, this business shipped me desktop computer. It never arrived. I called the local *** distribution center and they could not find the package anywhere. On 01/12/2024 I contacted the seller and informed them that the package was lost in transit by ***.They assured me that they would contact *** and report the package as lost and begin the claims process. In the following weeks, I called this business and their customer support told me that they were working with *** and assured me that everything was progressing along. On 01/31/2024, I contacted *** Loss Investigation, and they informed me that the package was never reported as lost by the seller and also that no claim had ever been filed. At this point I filed a claim through *** (as the receiver). Now I have been unable to get a hold of Ibuypower customer service at this business to get a serial number of the lost computer to pass on to *** investigators so that they can process the claim.I will also try disputing the charge through my bank as a fraudulent charge on my checking account. *** tracking number: 1Z9966293596852083 IBuyPower order number: 1CBDEA

I purchased a new computer manufactured by IBUYPOWER from ******* Upon setting the computer up, I immediately began having problems. Randomly, open instances of the internet would close and crash. On numerous instances the entire computer would crash to what is referred as the "Blue Screen of Death." I contacted ****** and spent 3 hours on the phone with their technical support running numerous tests. It was determined that the 32gb (4x 8gb) RAM in the computer were bad. My options were to return the item to ****** and lose the discount received on Black Friday or I could try contacting IBUYPOWER to have them fix the computer. I did not want to lose the discount, so I opted to contact IBUYPOWER. I contacted them on 12/20/23. Due to the immediate need of the computer for schooling, their **************** issued an RMA to send replacement RAM for me to install. It was also explained to me that I had to put a deposit down on the replacement RAM and send the bad RAM back to them for a refund of that deposit. I was fine with all of that.Upon receipt of the package with the new RAM today (1/4/24), they only sent me 16gb (2x 8gb) of RAM. With the technical requirements for school that is not enough. I need 32gb minimum. With school starting in 4 days, I am now forced to purchase from another vendor the required RAM to be overnighted to me. I cannot wait 2 more weeks for ********* to get their act together to fix this issue.

On 03/01/2022 I purchased a custom ** from iBUYPOWER for $3,559.41 This ** arrived to me in working order. However, after having the ** for some weeks I decided to install another hard drive. At this point I became aware that the motherboard had a defective m.2 slot. I initiated the *** process with iBUYPOWER on 4/11/2023 and eventually elected to tolerate the defective m.2 slot on the motherboard because iBUYPOWER's *** process was painful, costly, and consumed too much time. On 10/28/2023 I experienced complete ** failure. I attempted to troubleshoot assuming it was PSU failure. Testing an alternate PSU, I discovered it was not the cause and then began testing the *** and concluded it was either the *** or the motherboard that failed. For the first time while owning the **, I disassembled the ** and discovered that the back of the motherboard, previously unnoticeable to me, was physically damaged. I immediately documented this damage with pictures and was shocked to discover the damage. I am concerned with iBUYPOWER's dangerous negligence that could have caused a significantly worse electrical failure that *** have resulted in fire and further damage to myself or my property. I have reported this to iBUYPOWER and requested compensation for the cost of the motherboard. I purchased another motherboard after reporting this to iBUYPOWER and repaired the computer at this point. ********* has denied any wrongdoing and claimed that they could not have installed a damaged motherboard and that the motherboard would not have ever functioned if they shipped it to me in this condition. Their stance is completely unacceptable and accusatory. There has been no effort on their part to investigate their installation and quality assurance practices which leads me to file this complaint. I am concerned with their negligence and seeking monetary compensation and their commitment to investigate the installation of my purchase.

On July 4th, 2023, I agreed to pay $1599.54 for a new computer including one MSI RTX **** Ventus 2x Black 8G video card. The system processed this as July 5th. On July 19th, I received the computer, but the $300 graphics card was not included. On July 20th, I opened an *** (#******) on the iBUYPOWER website to start an investigation into the missing merchandise. I was told at this time they would be checking security footage of the computers packing process to check for employee theft. Over the next two weeks, I placed several calls inquiring about the status of the investigation, but was told it can take weeks for the company to check the security footage. I found this extremely odd, as this would allow a potential thief to continue stealing computer components for weeks. I came to the conclusion that the real reason for this delay was to deter people from seeking refunds, and that no real investigation was taking place. On August 3rd, the *** was updated to say that the investigation found that the graphics card was packed with the computer, and iBUYPOWER was filing a claim with **** I contacted them as soon as I saw this update, and was told that they had proof they shipped it, but that they were not allowed to show it to me. I contacted **** shortly after to conduct a chargeback for $300, the cost of just the graphics card.IBuyPower had the chargeback reversed, stating to ********* that it was impossible for the graphics card to be stolen by an employee, as they would have to open up the case to remove the card. This is demonstrably false, however. Graphics cards aren't shipped installed inside the computer case because this can cause damage in shipping. I have instructions sent to me by IBuyPower for installing it myself.

I purchased a computer from iBuyPower on September 17th, 2022 for $2,723.89. The computer was defective and I had returned it for repairs. The product continued to be defective and I worked with the company to resolve this. It was not until June 2023 that iBuyPower refused to attempt any additional remedies for the situation. The computer is still not functioning. They are refusing to offer me any form of refund even though I purchased a computer and never received a functioning product. They attempted to deliver a replacement part to fix the computer on December 26th 2022, via ****** but the delivery was never received but they claim it was. I have proof I was not at the delivery address at time of delivery even though a signature was required. I live alone and there was Order number: 4491IC Delivery Number: ************

computer continues to crash after multiple failed attempts to get this resolved. Computer has been sent back 3 times and the issue remains. I have lost time and money working with them to get this resolved. This is a computer that keeps failing and I've asked for a refund and now I'm being denied a refund. I've done everything by their books but still all they keep saying is send us the computer back to fix it. I've lost faith in this company and now I'm being held liable for something that isn't my fault. IBuyPower needs to be help accountable for this.

Date of transaction: June 2023 Original amount paid: $4,400 What they provided: High end gaming pc with Nvidia gigabyte windforce **** overclocked rgb edition, which by itself is $1849 Nature of dispute: after getting the computer, I had issues with it crashing right off the bat. I worked with support troubleshooting, doing their recommendations, ect. After months of their recommendation not resoving the issue on 9/11 their support team convinced me to do an RMA and advised that they would return to me the same exact graphics card since they suspected the original is faulty and provided a 5 to 10 day turn around time. Today 9/26 I finally received a graphics card back and it is a much lower quality edition and not what I originally purchased, valued at $1639. I called and was basically told tough luck and I would not be getting the same value card, nor the difference in what I paid. RMA number: ******

My wife and myself purchased 2 brand new gaming **'s from IBUYPOWER.com. The day we got them in I had nothing but problems with mine. the ** continuously crashed before you could log in to set windows **. I sent the ** back in, they claimed to have "fixed" it, and sent it back. the day I received my new ** back, i turned it on, and the whole system continuously crashed again. after being able to finally start up in safe mode i was able to run a diagnostic on the system. it reverted back to a faulty motherboard. I contacted ********* again, and after several days of fighting and arguing with them they gave me a $50 credit to their website. I had to replace the motherboard, along with contact ****** due to an additional problem of a bad Ram stick. after replacing my motherboard, and the ram stick, I am now recieveing additional crashes, computer lockups, computer freezes, and more Kernal errors. I am an avid gamer, and i cannot even play my favorite games without this piece of junk crashing on me. at this point i either want a refund, or a replacement.
