We have been renting from this company since 2007. Never had a problem never had a write up. We move to an apartment in *********. We have been getting harassed daily by the on-site groundskeeper ********. He makes **** comments toward my wife and a lot of other females around here. You can catch him looking in your windows all the time. I talked to his boss ******* multiple times about it. And nothing happens. Had a sit-down meeting with the *** and told him of the **** harassment and other harassment we are facing and they basically told us how we were in violation of the lease and could be kicked out. I have video footage for my security camera backing all of this up! they didn't want to look at the pictures, videos , nothing!"

Mark, I am disappointed that you continue to feel that management has not addressed your concerns. My staff and I have had many conversations about your concerns and myself and our regional manager have sat down with you and your wife to better understand your concerns. We have modified your points of interaction and gone out of our way to address your concerns. I gave you my direct phone number and you have not reached out since our meeting but I continue to receive reports of your negative interactions with your staff. It is our desire that each resident in each of our communities has the ability to enjoy their home a surroundings. We remain committed to that. Its a real life slum with slum lords. Just awful.
