I have been attempting to have a part replaced (handle) on a brand new dishwasher.I had an appointment for Best Appliance to come out Tue Sept 7. I received a call today that Best needed to move this appointment to Sept 8 because they were no longer available on the 7. THEN I got a 2nd call today saying that they needed to cancel the new appointment because the part doesn't exist-*******/**** went into a full story about how the part needs to get made & is not available from any retailer & that he has no idea when it will be in stock. I called Bosch (who makes the part)& the gal confirmed they have several in stock now. After confronting ****, he became unbelievably rude & clearly had no interest in helping resolve this situation. I asked to be transferred to a manager. I was connected with ***. ***, too, had no interest in helping, was unwilling to work with us, tried to charge us for shipping a part that they are responsible to fix, took no responsibility for the lie & hung up on meBusiness response

We received your service request directly form BSH today at 12;11 pm. We responded witin an hour advising you that the handle was not in our company stock and had to be ordered from a distributor. We also gave you an estimated time frame of **** business days for our distributor to obtain the handle from BSH. Bosch has a system which started yesterday where they pre-schedule jobs. Yours was one of them and we advised you we do not pre-schedule due to delivery issues on parts.
The manger advised you that when the part does arrive (in the next **** days estimated) you will be directly called called by him to expedite your service for your small cosmetic issue on your dishwasher.
You did advise us you are home with COVID so we definitely would want to make sure for our employees safety and yours that you will be ok at the time of service.
Perhaps in the future when requiring help form anyone or a company you hold back on the profanity's and belligerence.
