      They serviced my 2012 *** 750Li paid $5900 for both front axles control arms and rods took it back home to ******* ** it was having the same issues just to find out the passenger side was never changed and I bought some of my own parts. Make sure they show you your old parts

      The vehicle referred to in this complaint was brought in by *************************. We did the work on it in April 2022. Since that time we have worked on ********************** vehicle 4 times. Some of these times the vehicle was brought in by ****************. Neither ****************** or **************** ever mentioned any issues with the **** If they had said anything to us, we would have checked out the repairs we did, and gladly put in any parts that we found were missing. We stand behind our work, and although it's been more than a year, we will be happy to take care of any issues with the work we did on the ****

      As many before me I went to take care a trans plate issue I was told by the lead Tech that my crankshaft was busted in two. Im like what?Took it somewhere else and they fixed the plate Nothing to do with the crank shaft They were eager to take my money for what they claim was an inspection. Somehow I doubt that scammers. Careful they hit me theyll get you too

      Hi *****. I'm sorry that you are unhappy with our shop. I talked to our technicians about this. They told me that they checked the flex plate and it was okay. They didn't see any other problem but there was a noise that sounded like it was coming from the crank shaft. The technician's notes say "Suspect broken crank." Unfortunately there's no way to check the crank shaft without disassembling the cover plate. I'm glad you found the problem. Thanks

      I first had my transmission replaced in October of 2021. December 2021 my "new" transmission gave out again and it took 3 weeks for the AAMCO on Broadway st in Chula Vista to fix. Today, 1/28 my transmission went out for the third time and is back at this AAMCO location. I have lost enough work from these incompetent repairs and will be looking for legal recourse.

      Hi ******,I truly apologize for your inconvenience, but as I explained when we spoke on the phone, you are blaming us for things we had no control over.When you originally brought in your car in October, we had you back on the road in two days. You brought the car in on a Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. Thats the way we work!We installed a genuine ****** replacement transmission for you. Unfortunately the unit we bought from ****** failed. When we contacted ******, we were told that they had to inspect the unit before agreeing to replace it under warranty. We paid to have it towed there. It took them a week to agree that the unit was defective and that they would send another transmission. But we didnt get the second replacement transmission from ****** for another two weeks!I couldnt believe it when the second transmission from ****** failed! Now we have to wait again for them to inspect it then send a replacement. Hopefully, ****** will get us a new unit faster than last time.This is an extremely rare event, and Im truly sorry it happened to you. As I told you, well pay for your rental car for the week to try and make up for some of the inconvenience caused by ******.Please call me at ************ if there is anything else we can do to help.Sincerely,***

      After the nightmare of dealing with multiple transmission failures, the one thing that helped throughout this ordeal was the genuine concern and customer service that *** and *** provided at this AAMCO location. Eventhough the defects of the replacement transmissions lie solely on the manufacturer , which is ******* *** and his team proved to me that they strived to control what was in their power to do so, while also holding themselves accountable as business owners to rectify any poor experience I had. I never felt out of the loop throughout the process and was updated at all times about progress. True customer service is hard to find nowadays but it exists at this location. You now have another loyal customer in me.
