In Feb 2021, I had never heard of Anjolee when I started doing research into buying diamond jewelry. But, after extensive comparisons with other retailers, and reading Anjolee's product reviews, took a leap of faith in placing an order for a tennis bracelet. Besides that I could request a custom length shorter than the standard 7" offered via all the other retailers, I was thrilled with what I received: the sparkle, the quality of the settings, the design....everything was so beautiful. That bracelet was on my wrist every day, night and day, while active or at rest. Over a year after my purchase, I snagged the clasp due to my carelessness. They gave me instructions on how to return it, insure it, then had it fixed and returned back to me within 3 wks looking brand new - and free of charge. Almost two years later, I decided on getting another piece of jewelry. Only after doing another online search and comparison of the various retailers and options, have I decided to go with Anjolee again. They won my trust after the first purchase. They won my business again for my second purchase because of the extra attention to detail they put in their settings, designs, selection. Very happy with Anjolee. Not the least expensive, not the most expensive, but very good value and absolutely wonderful product selections. I am a believer in this business.

Terrible customer service. Website stated estimated delivery of 2/28. Placed my order on 2/20. Their website states 4 business to manufacture. Its 3/1 and they are still not sure if it will ship this week. I chatted with their rep and she stated its an estimate. That it can take longer than 4 business days. I copied and pasted what it says on their website. We require 4 business days for manufacturing. it does not say it can take longer for certain pieces. Had to cancel the order since I dont know when I will receive them.
