On 7/3/2023 I ordered and paid for several items listed as in stock. I received an email telling me ALL items had been shipped.

I received my order on 7/10/2023 only to find 4 items missing and 1 item I didn't order, a 50 yard roll of satin ribbon labeled WINE. There were no notes on the invoice explaining the shortage or the 50 yard roll labeled Wine.
When I checked the website on 7/10/23, 6 days after placing my order it listed the 4 missing items as being in stock.
After leaving 4 messages over several days I finally received a response telling me 3 items were out of stock and had been refunded, but there was no refund/credit showing on my bank acct. As for the 4th item, a 50 yard roll of BURGUNDY ribbon I was told the roll LABELED WINE WAS THE BURGUNDY I ORDERED. 1st, Burgundy and Wine are 2 VERY DIFFERENT COLORS. 2nd, the website listing says Burgundy, there is no listing for Wine.

I sent pictures showing the drastic difference in the 2 colors, the label on the ribbon saying Wine, and explaining that I could not use this color nor would I have ever ordered it. I was told their supplier calls it Wine, but they list it as Burgundy. The supplier labels it WINE BECAUSE IT IS WINE, NOT BURGUNDY! If they are selling Wine color it should be listed as such on their site. I asked if they would send me a return shipping label and refund the item but they said I was responsible for shipping fees. They also have a 20% restocking fee for returns.
Why should I have to pay to return an item that was falsely advertised?
I did finally receive the refund for 3 items on 7/14, but I'm still stuck with 50 yds of God awful ribbon I will NEVER BE ABLE TO USE, but had to pay for.
It was only $8.49 because it was on sale, but that doesn't change the fact that I have no use for it, nor did I order it. If you order red you don't expect to get maroon, and you don't order Burgundy expecting to receive Wine. They should pay ALL return costs and issue a full refund for the item.

I ordered $163 worth of tulle. They did not send me 3 of the turquoise color rolls. I emailed them, and we went back and forth for days. I asked them to send the tulle, or refund me of $11.85 that I paid for those rolls. They kept claiming they did send them. I decided to call it a loss and go ahead and order more turquoise rolls from them because I still needed them. My next order, I ordered 5 turquoise rolls, and they only sent 3 of them. At this point I am fed up and want my money back for the rolls they did not send. The 3 rolls from my first order totaling $11.85. And 2 of the rolls they did not send in my second order, totaling $7.90.
