              Great product. Fairing are well made and the paint was great also. Fits well on the bike No tweaking like other fairings. Service was amazing. Highly re using them. This is my go to for fairings.

              This company was an absolute pain to work with and I am never ordering from them again. I urge you to not order from them as well. I ordered a $400 car part from them. Their website glitched out while ordering and left me wondering if the order was even successful. They didnt provide any shipping information or updates until I emailed them after my customer and I had been waiting for more than a week with no word from motorgenic. I ended up recieving two of the $400+ products and being charged twice for it. I'll just return one right? Shouldn't be a big deal. I emailed them again, and they basically told me tough luck, I'll have to pay for the return shipping on this incredibly heavy and large part, and they'll take another 30% off the top of that for a storage fee. They told me I'd be better off just keeping the part and reselling it on my own. What a complete ripoff and waste of mine and my customer's time.

              I like the way they respond to me quick through email. I did received a defective shock but they were able to fix the problem. They were able to work with me. I would definitely shop with them again. The shipping was delivered from their place to ***** and I got it quick.

              I have been very pleased with MotorGenic's service. I ordered a fuel pump for my cycle and it was shipped promptly but unfortunately it was damaged in shipment. I contacted MotorGenic and they sent me a replacement immediately. I certainly recommend them and would shop from them again in the future.

              They have offered me a 15 percent refund on an item that cost just shy of a thousand dollars that has completely failed, the company is a joke. Im trying to pursue legal action.
