    My 75 year old mom shared with me a used vehicle listing posted by Chino Hills Ford (CHF) on *******. I texted **** advertised *** price on ******* to sales representative ****.I called **** to arrange an appointment for my mom as she was excited about the *** price. **** also clarified that there were accessories already on the car. **** did not provide me pricing on the accessories.Given that- **** website and their advertisement on ******* states that "all Pricing and Advertised Prices for any/all vehicles offered for sale does not include dealer installed accessories which can be purchased for an additional cost," and - the fine print clearly states that accessories can be purchased as opposed to must be purchased, and - CHFs ad on ******* did not itemize any required accessories as part of the *** price, and - other dealerships transparently itemize required accessories as part of their advertised *** price on *******, and - **** did not state that accessories are required to be purchased, and - **** assured me that they would honor ***'s advertised *** price on ******* I felt confident that my mom would be purchasing the car as per the advertised *** price CHF posted on *******. My mom then arranged to travel 60 miles to CHF.Upon arrival to ***, **** and sales manager ***** ********* insisted that my mom purchase all dealer installed accessories for an additional $2,000. My mom expressed that she did not want to purchase the accessories and reminded CHF of the advertised *** ***** **** agreed to honor. ***** continued to insist that the accessories are indeed *********** became clear that Mikes verbal assurance that *** would honor their advertised *** price on ******* was being reneged. ****** claims that all accessories are required to be purchased contradicts their advertised price and fine print statements on **** website and their advertisement on ********There is a pattern of customers experiencing similar issues.

    This is the worst dealership ever!!! I purchased the extended warranty on my truck in case anything big happened. This dealership is right down the street from my house so it is so convient. I called today to take my truck in for the air conditioner to be serviced and I was told by the lady on the phone making my appointment that she wasn't sure if this would be covered and they would have to keep it for a few days to look at it. There are no loaner cars available. I am never buying a vehicle from this location again!!! This is very bad service to your customers in your community!!!

    FATAL MISTAKE ON VEHICLE REGISTRATION
    I spent most of my time to fix their mistakes and lazy work.
    The registration of the vehicle is suppose to be commercial .I told CHINO HILLS FORD and THEIR team many times.I received it as personal automobile after 87 days later and I mentioned on the phone and THEIR teammates who did paperwork as a COMMERCIALS REGISTRATION.I need immediate correction on this registration. THEY blocked my business vehicle 3 months.I will take legal action on THEIR side.chino hills did more than enough damage on my company.Terrible service….

    Be careful.Strongly Not recommended .it is Wasting my time and Money.I am very regretful for doing business with Ford chino hills.My mistake is that I trusted their company more than they deserved.I signed the seller contracts .I received in the paperwork in flash disk. I thought the contract same as I discussed with finance manager before the signing. But After printing out the contract next day I surprised with additional sales. They sold me the vehicle with non refundable and noncancelable protection plans ($1200) and in addition non removable and non refundable gps ($1500) and warranty plans ($4000) . When I returned the parts to the dealer to get a some refund but the Boss of the dealership showed me the trash can and He said that Dump it and no refunds. I know I am the responsible for what I signed but it is not professional.the worst ones I am their customer and have to pay the cost of their service that I not agree on…
