I called *****'s heating and air on September 20 , they then scheduled for a field tech to come out and diagnose the problem. I was told by **** the manager that it was our pump that was bad and that we would have to replace it which was $700 we said ok and I was told they are ordering the pump and the that it would be here the last week of October and that we would schedule to have it put in the first week of November. I then called them and asked if.the part was in on November 3rd. Only to find out from ****** another employee that the part hadn't even been ordered yet and that the work order was sitting on ****'s desk. She then proceeds to put in the work order and says that the part will be in, in a few weeks and says that she'll call me when its in. I wait 2 more weeks and wait for a phone call and get nothing. So then I call back November 21 still no part they don't know where it is and have no information on it so they tell me they'll call me back. Again they do not end up calling back so I call back again on the 22nd. They finally came out on January 18th put the pump in and the ac still did not work. I'm then told I need a whole new panel and possibly a float switch. ****** and ****** guaranteed me that the unit would work with just the new panel while they waited for the float switch to come in because ****** wanted to replace the float switch because he didn't like how the original one looked. They order the panel and say they'll install on Feb 18th and don't show up i then call them and ask why they didn't show up and they say that the panel still hasn't come in. They then come back out install the panel and the whole unit still doesn't work. They then say that they'll now order the float switch and that the float switch is another month out. I've been promised a discount and working unit for over 7 months now. That's the only reason I waited. The owner **** has not honored any of the discounts that ****** has been promising besides the initial discount.Customer response
