Bandwagoning on the 1 star reviews on ******* Yelp and *****'s List for a reasonThese individuals believe in only the cheapest money can buy, both inside and outside of their business. They act very warm and welcoming until there is a problem in your unit, such as no heat source from November-January, and then you become the problem instead of your unit. We also had septic backup problems for a year and a half, which was finally resolved with a brand new septic tank because they couldn't determine if there was a septic tank to begin with, let alone where it was located. In the midst of these serious, uninhabitable issues through the winter, they threatened to evict us because they assumed that my babysitter for my 6 month old daughter was living with us off lease; an assumption born from seeing her car in front of my house 2 days a week. Retaliation? We have also had numerous structural failures involving failed water testing, insufficient cooling system (as deemed by their own repair company), crickets and beetles from doors and windows that are not fitted let alone sealed due to the sinking foundation of the house that are "not their problem." Our W2s were destroyed upon delivery to our mailbox due to rain, and when I requested that the box be resealed or replaced, I was told nothing could be done. Although we could have withheld rent due to the severity and duration of these issues, we paid in full on the 1st of each month. Their only solution with each issue was to move out; if only it was that easy to pick up and move in this tight market. I realize that the owner of the property is the primary reason for its neglect; however these property managers have only shown to manage the rent check while refusing to uphold even a basic standard of living, let alone the standard they advertise. Bottom line: they do not care about you or yours, so be prepared to either buy and repair/find another alternative yourself, or move somewhere else.

******- You rented an older home in the Country, and we fixed things every time you made a request. Your heat was not out for three months, and your septic was not bad for a year and a half. You have named just about everything that could go wrong in a house, each of which would make the home uninhabitable. We have City Code Enforcement that comes out for this reason and would force the owner or us to fix these things or allow you out of the lease if we did not. It is simply not the case. Things went wrong in your home just like they do in all homes. Your well went out, and we had people (even though the wait was weeks) there fixing it within 48 hours. Even that was not fast enough for you. We can't prevent issues from happening, but we always got things fixed as quickly as we could. To say that we do not care is simply not the case, and if it were, we would not be around for 30+ years. We can't make everyone happy and I am sorry that you were unhappy. If you were so unhappy, I am not sure why you stayed for so many years. I wish you the best in your new location
