      Purchased a battery from dealership where car was purchased and general work is completed, solely for ease of warranty. I am still under the 100 month warranty period. Under the circumstances they said for lack of better word the told me looks like youre ******. $150 is a lot less to pay from a business standpoint, to keep a consumer from resulting to this.

      Customer came in on 2-12-20 and purchased a battery. Customer last time here at dealership was ******. Since then, we have had no written contact with customer. Battery does come with warranty but needs to be process at a Honda dealership and with the original receipt which if not available we can reproduce for customer. Battery will need to be diagnosed and checked with a Honda Certified Battery machine and if found defective, the machine will produce a claim code. Without a claim code saying battery is defective, warranty from Honda won't cover a replacement. Warranty for free replacement is 3 years. After 3 years will be a prorated warranty. We are more than happy to help the customer with his possible battery needs. Normally there is a diagnosis charge that Honda doesn't cover, but we normally waive. If the customer would like to set up an appointment to check battery, he can feel free to call ************ and schedule an appointment. Warranty starts at time of purchase and after 36 months, the proration warranty starts and is calculated from the original time of purchase meaning that the battery is almost 50% used of the original warranty. I will waive the labor charge to put the battery into vehicle if battery fails but there would be a charge for the portion of time that the battery was in use. Customer gets credit for the unused portion of warranty up to 100 months.  Please let me know if I can help. Thank you in advance,

      My daughter and I purchased a vehicle 7/30/21. We have not received anything from DMV not the license plate with stickers nor the registration. I have contacted DMV they said the issue was with the dealership. I have attempted contact with the dealership multiple times with no return phone call. Every time Ive called there has been no one that can help me with the issue. My name and number has been taken with the promise someone will return my call but no one ever called me back. When I first purchased the vehicle I had to call them several times to give them the remaining down payment until they finally returned my call two months later. My daughter has been pulled over because of the paper plates. Thankfully no ticket yet but theres no guarantee she will not get one. Weve been down to the dealership and all we get is there is no one there that can handle DMV issues at the time and someone will call me back. To this day almost five months later no one has yet to call me back.

      I research her file and it shows that her plates were delivered to the address on file from **** on Dec 21, 2021. I have called ***** and left her a message to call me back. Once I get a hold of her we will figure out what we need to do next and I will keep you informed as the result.
