      So far so good. All of my needs and interactions with Royal Aire have been top notch. They are professional and communicate well. I also pay a monthly fee of $15 to be in the gold circle when I need services in an emergency and they also come out twice a year to service my HVAC before the summer and winter seasons. They are prompt when I need them and their pricing has been very reasonable so far.

      Wouldn't have any other company but Royal Aire. Very reasonable pricing for the current market. They have the greatest techs working for them. When they come to service our unit, they are very professional. We have our heating, air conditioning and solar from them and couldn't be happier. Out of a 10 star, they're at least a 12.

      Zero stars would be more accurate. Your faulty electrical installation of our new heater almost burnt down our house. The electrical box was black with sout and the rafter was black from continuous sparks. No wonder the heating unit stopped working! When your technician came out he couldn't even find the problem, we had to call in our own general contractor! Thank God he was able to fix it or we might have burnt down!

      Royal Aire in *****, ** replaced my aged and undersized outdoor AC & attic heater a couple years ago. We are very pleased with the equipment and the scheduled service we have in the Spring and Fall. Royal Aire is ethical, customer friendly, price competitive, and responsive to customer needs. They clean up after themselves. It is also a family owned business.

      We absolutely love all the ************ at Royal Air and the great office staff. We had to replace our heater last year, and have never regretted our choice. The follow up service and immediate response when needed, make Royal stand above the rest. We would and do, highly recommend Royal Air.

      I have had Royal Aire service my home heating unit for a number of years now. I have never had a problem with the unit while it has been regularly serviced by Royal Aire.

      We called Royal Air out to inspect why our condenser was making a noise every time that it started. They dispatched a technician within 5 days to come to take a look. After roughly 10 minutes of troubleshooting, their technician identified the problem and gave us two options. He said that we could put on a "hard start kit" consisting of a capacitor and a relay, but this would likely not last us in the long run. He strongly advised that we seek a new system installation and that it was the best option for us. After speaking to his supervisor, he came back and put us on the phone with a sales representative to talk about financing a new system installation for $15,551. The was completely OVERKILL with regards to solving the problem. After the technician left, I inspected the problem myself. The problem was a blown capacitor, and this problem could easily be fixed by replacing the faulty component, not the entire system. Royal Aire saw no problem with robbing us blind and advising us against fixing the faulty component to start with. They lied to us and tried to take advantage of our inexperience to make a profit. It was completely UNETHICAL and dirty, and I don't recommend anyone use their residential HVAC services. I was able to fix the problem myself for $66.
