I ordered a jacket from lajuria, Realized it was a mistake after reading revues. I immediately canceled but received no reply. I was told that I would receive a refund in 24 hours. No refund as of 48 hours. I should have read review before ordering. I think that I am out $244.00. Never have a problem like this before. DON'T order from these people!

This business is truly corrupt. I purchased a dress through them in October. When I realized that I wouldn't have the dress in time for my son's wedding, I tried to cancel the order. It was not a custom size and I approached them long before it was shipped. They refused to cancel and kept on insisting that I would have it on time. Well, I didn't! It also turned out that I didn't even l like the dress. I have been emailing them since I received the dress, trying to find out how I can return it. They mostly ignore my emails. But when they do respond, they say that they are looking into it. This is three months now and I am out over $200. Of course, there is no way of returning anything on their website. What kind of online store doesn't except returns, especially clothing?Review from Alex S

I purchased two pairs of shoes from this CON STORE, do they even exist? I suspect, they take pictures of shoes from legitimate companies and advertise them as there ******* would ask, what we, who have been cheated by these scammers should do.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!!!Review from Sean F

It is very bad. I've ordered 3 items. All of them go to different vendors. The first said it was shipped and gave me a mail tracking number that didn't exist. Finally I threatened to reverse the transaction, they said they called the post office and the item was "lost." Of course, it was a fake tracking number. They did refund it. The next one said they were out of stock, I said refund it. They said they would but it would take some time. I checked several weeks later, no refund. They claim it got "stuck" so they had to manually refund it. The other simply stopped responded so I reversed the paypal transaction 3/3, I would say their screening process is non existant.Review from Isabel M

I emailed the store owner to get an address for a return, she never answered so I opened a case with PayPal and they offer to refund me 16. Out of ***** the dress wont fit me but the policy says I have 14 days for full refund of money! Do NOT buy from them unless you want to give your money away!Review from Sharon R

I ordered a prom dress through StoreEny from MyChicDress on 1/20/22. It was $179 plus $35 shipping, $4.99 handling fee, and $14.98 tax for a total of $233.97. I received the dress on 2/8/22 and my daughter tried the dress on the same night. The dress didn't fit her, she was not able to move her arms because of the way the sleeves are made; she's 5'9" and the dress is extremely long. The dress is too long and not a good fit for prom. I contacted MyChicDress at the email included in my invoice on 2/8/22-NO RESPONSE. I contacted StoreEny and was told to reach out to the store directly because each store on StoreEny is run by independent merchants. I don't know if I have been scammed or if these are even legit businesses. I want to return the dress and get my money back, but no one will respond to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM STOREENY OR MYCHICDRESS! Worst experience ever!
