I placed an order with mystoresupplier.com on 04/18/2020 at 05:25AM PST. Three years later the order is still processing. I ordered one World's *************** Cigarettes-24 Count and one Xtreme Sour Drops Liquid Candy-100 Count. Total amount charged to my debit card was $85.66 which was deducted from my account within seconds.I have asked and demanded a refund multiple times and was promised every time it would happen but never did. I have talked to various managers and employees about this matter and with their deepest apologies promised they would get the return processed right away. But as always, never any follow through. Emailed and left several messages regarding this refund and still no credit to my account. So now when I try to bring up my invoice or account on their webpage, I am conveniently not in the system anymore. At this point , I just want a refund and have that refund sent to me via mail. They sure can take money from you within seconds, but take forever to give it back! Please help!Initial Complaint

I ordered ** medication****************.On August 18th they took $216. out of my credit card account. I had been emailing them for weeks and finally got an email back they said they never received a payment. But when I told them they took the money out of my account they said it must have been someone pretending to be them. But a couple of months before this I ordered $75. worth from them and they sent that order so I know that's not true.Initial Complaint

i placed an online order on 4/10/22 for an order of (2) Hard Steel Male Sexual Enhancer 24 count, product code # ****** for 108.00 each, a total of 216.00 was drawn off my bank card on 4/12/22 but as of 4/18/22 my order still shows as process. I have left numerous voice messages at the contact number listed and have received no response at all. Customer ID XXXXX and Order# XXXXXBusiness response
