I ordered cushions. They came vacuum sealed. I let them air for 7 days to get to their original shape. They never did. They are bowed and inconsistent. Sizes vary from 4" to 6". They are supposed to be 5". The batting doesn't cover one side of the cushion and the other edge has excess stapled together. I asked for replacements and they wanted me to pay for them to ship back & pay 50% restock. Shipping was $58 and restock charge was $85 on a $170 purchase, leaving me $27. I should not have to pay to fix their quality issue. They called to offer replacements but asked me if I could first use a steamer on them over and over to get them back to their correct shape. I didn't want to but this was easier than sending them back. They told me, if that didn't work, they would send me new cushions free of charge at their expense. It didn't work and I emailed to ask for the replacements as promised, they said to send them back at my own expense with the restock fee.Business response
