The website uses popups. Login button opens a popup and everything else is grayed out (instead of opening a login webpage). This technique makes me scare to click on anything. I called but no one there can help, and the answer is always "we can't help you".

Terrible Customer Service. Disgraceful. My sister had a stroke and lost her ATM card in the ambulance. We reported the card stolen. After hours of calling to issue her a new one, no one was available to verify her identity. Then they put a freeze on her account and it now has been two weeks since she had not been able to access any money. We have called every day and no one calls back. Some days there is no one answering the phone and the numbers don't work at all. We have been told to talk to Megan and Mario. We have left messages over and over. How are we supposed to get access to her money if they can't pick up the phone? This is the worst bank ever. I'm appauled by their lack of empathy. No one is available to assist. I discourage anyone from ever using this credit union.Review from Aaron L

When trying to contact them, I was hung up on 14 times in a row before finally getting a hold of someone who would talk to me (the person who finally answered and did not just hang up, was great, but what business has a practice of just hanging up on people?) I would call, go through the prompts, it would play hold music, then go quiet like someone was answering, and instead, they would just hang up on me. Terrible customer service and the phone call monitoring that they advertise should also check which workers are taking calls and then hanging up without talking to the person.
