      Date of transaction April 5. The name of the Business RPM Hardware and they work with Toolots. I ordered a ********** Machine off their website. Website URL: ****************************************************************************************************** After waiting for 2 weeks, I never received the equipment or even an invoice, so I called in to see when and if the equipment had been shipped yet, so the first time I called they told me they couldnt get a tracking number because they were moving their warehouse but never notified me that they were doing that. So that day she sent me an invoice with no tracking number. I call back in a few days to see if they had the tracking number, once again couldnt give it to me. So I kept attempting to call them until I eventually asked for a refund, and to talk to a supervisor. Which they then said a supervisor would reach out and they would put in a claim saying I wanted a refund. I never got a call from a supervisor. So then I called again, then told me on the next call I wouldnt receive a refund for 3-4 weeks. Which would be 6-8 weeks in total of me not receiving any refund or product. Highly inconsiderate. My old heat press stopped working, and now Im not only losing money, I cant make anymore money until I receive a new heat press. Im very upset.

      Ordered a heater lamp over a month ago and have received zero communication about it shipping out. Even after several attempts to contact the seller. They also go by bolt tools and toolots.

      On 6/7/22 I placed an order for 7-4" solid brass house letters, and 4-4" solid brass house numbers ( invoice #XXXXX) Which I paid in full using my credit card, the total came to ******* We received all of the numbers except for the #3 (MPX-XXX-X), Which we were told was out of stock but would be available in be sent the 1st week of July. The middle of July, I contacted the company again and told it was still out of stock and to perhaps give it another week or 2. I tried the entire month of August to get in contact with the company via phone and email I had 0 success. Now, the phone number is no longer valid nor is the email. I simply want either the number #3 or I want a return postage paid due envelope to return the other 3 numbers. They are now useless to me. And then I want the money credited back to my credit card for those 4 digits, at ***** each plus S&H.

      I ordered 6 in brass dark oil bronze finish house numbers. I ordered a 1, a 6, a 4 and a 5 to be sent to my address: ********************** I received a 1, a 6, a 4 and a 3 (at my address ****...). The packing invoice specifies the correct numbers. I have been trying to get someone in customer service since May 13. It should be a 2 minute phone call with an apology and promise to send a "5" out right away. I still have not been able to speak to a customer service agent; only sales agents answer the phone. I have been promised a call back "within 20 minutes" several times. Doesn't happen. I would like to be shipped a "5". If they cannot accommodate me, then I would like a free return shipping label and full refund. Honestly!!
