On June 10th, 2023 I purchased a car from Blue Diamond Auto sales. I told them before we bought the car that it had some issues that needed to be fixed such as the taillight was broken, the passenger side window switch didnt work, and the car was dirty inside like it had not been cleaned in a while. While checking out other cars I noticed they were also disgusting inside and I let an employee know that I wanted these issues fixed before I purchased the vehicle. He said he would fix it but 4 months later of calling them and them pushing it off my switch, and back taillight FINALLY got fixed. The first time they put the twilight in they put it in wrong and it burned the plastic of the taillight. A week ago I noticed the car started making a grinding noise, and I called blue diamond auto sales to ask them if they could fix it because I have only drove ***** miles since Ive purchased it 4 months ago and the brakes and rotors need to be replaced. They are not wanting to help fix it or show me the 5 point inspection they did on the vehicle. I read the carfax on the vehicle and it says the car was serviced for the same problem 4 years ago twice. Im extremely disappointed because I purchased the car based on the 5 star reviews only to find out the reviews are fake and they tell you to put a 5 star review in exchange for $40 in gas. I would like to get my rotors and brake pads fixed because that is very unsafe. I would like them to resolve this issue and fix it because the car had this issue before I bought it, *** had other issues with this company but this is my main concern. I paid $6,000 as a downpayment and pay $191.90 on my bank loan every month for a total of $8,052.64 for my loan. *** paid a lot of money for a car that I purchased with a lot of problems, I would like for this issue to be resolved so I no longer go through this stress and nobody else has to go through this either.

Hello I purchased a car not too long ago at the dealership blue diamond in Ceres, CA. Date of purchase was 2-26-21. The amount paid was $21,911.04. We are currently financing the car so in reality we’ve only paid almost $4,000 on it. The dealer promised the car would have no issues. Well unfortunately the car did have issues I’d say about 2 weeks in the car left us stranded on the freeway the car lost a lot of power and we were forced to pull over on the shoulder of the freeway. Left the car off for a bit started it back up and it ran fine for awhile. Fast forward to one day we were at the hospital and the car wouldn’t start up anymore. We had to get it towed to our house. We contacted the dealer they said to take it to their mechanic so we did they took a look at it and told us the motor was done but it was just by word of mouth and not a document saying it was the motor. So we went back to the dealer and told them and they didn’t want to be responsible for anything that happened.

Unfortunately nothing this person said above is true, not sure who the person is but it is not the person we sold a vehicle to that is making this complaint but we are aware of the vehicle and issue, our mechanic never told them it had a bad engine, the customer hacked this vehicle up so much that the mechanics did not want to look at it, they purchased an aftermarket throttlebody which require them to cut The computer wires from the vehicle to attach this aftermarket throttlebody and a couple other things which looked like a complete mess and my mechanic said they don’t have time to diagnose it after it being hacked up which we told the customer that, they then pick the vehicle up came to our office we told them how because they hacked it up they were not going to look at it we told them to take it to a mechanic they said That their cousin is a mechanic and they will take it to him and to let us know what’s wrong with it and we will see what we can do to help them from there that is how it left off, not sure why they are filing this complaint and being this honest about it when they clearly was just at her office on Friday, April 30 saying that they were going to take it to their cousin so he can check it out, another thing they were dishonest about was the timeframe, they purchase a vehicle February 26 we did not hear back from them for roughly 2 months, this vehicle was purchased as is, the buyers refused to purchase aftermarket aftermarket warranty that we offered to them and we were still trying to help them out, why would we tell them to take it to our mechanic shop if we were not trying to help them, unfortunately for them they decided to hack the vehicle up I adding aftermarket parts that caused a lot of wires to be cut, they are not made to be cut you’re supposed to purchase parts that are a direct fit for that vehicle not a universal part which requires cutting harnesses from your vehicle which they did not mention in their complaint whatsoever, that being said they clearly said that we did tell them to take it to our mechanic so we can get it checked out, but because of the things they did to the vehicle my mechanic thought it would be very hard to figure out the issue and never told them the engine was bad, they left it at they will take it to their cousin which is a mechanic and let us know what’s wrong with it so we can help them from there, we in good faith wanted to help them even though we don’t need to because the vehicle was purchased a while back as is and customer refused a warranty, but because of the dishonesty and filing this complaint Blue Diamond auto sales will have nothing to do with helping the customer anymore.
