We rented a house for 7 nights under their claim dedicated to providing exceptional accommodations. and our rentals are curated to ensure comfort, convenience We paid over $3500 for the week. Besides the house and furnishings being run down and the entire property dirty and unkempt, we experienced mice, a foul sewage smell the entire time, and furniture being delivered and setup while we were there. We had people knocking on the door and coming in relating to these issues throughout our stay. They were told repeatedly that the sewage issue was outside yet they insisted on having a plumber come in the house, making one of the two bathrooms (for 7 people) unavailable for hours. The plumber didnt clean up the bathroom, nor was the patio furniture put back in place after the old couches were taken out While we understand the sewage issue is not their responsibility, it made it impossible to enjoy our stay and was made worse by them not listening to us or the utilities company. Their only disclaimer is for acts of God (weather, power outages, natural disasters). We had 7 people staying in the house including our pregnant daughter and her 3 year old son. Being able to rest or nap wasnt possible most days due to the many interruptions. Their website posts all 5 star reviews of this house. After researching I found every single house they have has all 5 star reviews which is impossible. False advertising for sure.
