Manas Construction has done various projects, complete remodel of bathroom and updated all the plumbing and electrical (down to the studs). Taken care of extensive dry rot work. Finished and updated ADU. All work was done timely and professionally. He is great at giving input prior and during project progress.

I am a Realtor with 35 years experience, I help my clients by staging all of my listings prior to market, as well as make any changes that are necessary to net them the highest amount of money on their sale, and sell faster than the typical listing. When I started working the Sacramento area as well as Yolo County, 10 plus years ago, I did not have a Contractor to service me in this area...fortunately, another Contractor referred me to *****, of Manas Construction, to help me with my project... which was a complete face lift, as well as deferred maintenance found during our pest inspection. ***** was great to work with, he handled all aspects of the job...I had been used to hiring several people to do one project and had to manage each Contractor separately to pull a project together...with *****, he was always one step ahead of me, and willing to take care of all tasks needed...it was the first job I did not need to babysit... often he had better solutions than I would have had to enhance the project. He was detail oriented, cleaned up after himself each day and the quality was great. I have since referred him to many people before and after a sale...each time, I would get a call back from friends, family and clients, to thank me for the introduction...suddenly I became the hero, instead of getting the call to clean up a mess that someone left behind...a real win/win for me.

I feel so lucky when a neighbor recommended Manas Construction to me when I wanted to get our master bath updated - shower, tile, vanity, counter, mirror....the works. I was so pleased with ***** Manas who gave me ideas to make the project better than I had planned. He works efficiently, checks in if there is an issue and cleans up each day. Shortly after that, there was a death in our family and we were responsible for cleaning out their house and selling it. We called *****, did a walk through and decided on what needed to be done for this 45 year old home and yard to get a face-lift in a way that made sense in order to get the best return for dollars spent. When he and his crew were done, it looked fantastic and sold for more than we expected. Then we bought a rental home and ***** and crew did a complete kitchen remodel with wall removal. It is gorgeous. This year he just finished remodeling the 2 bathrooms. Back at our house, during the past couple of years, he has replaced our water heater and added a recirculating hot water system as well as replaced a significant amount of dry rot wood on the exterior. Next project will be a bathroom or kitchen for us. What is most important to me is that I can trust ***** to do quality work and work independently. I didn't have to check in daily on my relative's house which was across town. I could trust he would take great care of the house and project. Needless to say, I highly recommend ***** and I appreciate his "perfectionism" in his work.
