    I have the MXL-15 under counter water filter. I love. The power button on the filter above counter is a little sensitive but once you know the spot to click its fine. I use the alkaline water the most.

    Hi I'm just from ******* FL The Life IONIZER is the best company to have fresh clean water I've had it about a year now and it's helped my family with health issues. So I recommend to buy one asap. My kidneys GFR went from 5 to 30s now.

    I love the water it very clean tasting and using the acidic water is great for cleaning no need for chemicals great job life ionizer. P.S coffee taste even better

    They take your money and dont give you your ordered product. I sent them money for an HC44, they took my money and then nothing showed up. I called and spoke to many different people, was told that a similar product would be delivered since what I ordered was out of stock. But, I am still waiting for it to show up. Its been almost 2 months. Every time I try to call, I reach a rude answering service. I am not even sure this company exists. Im pretty sure its a scam.

    **** did a great job in helping me with my replacement filters. I have had my Life Ionizer 7500 for well over 10 years with no issues with the machine or the company.

    DO NOT BUY. Seems weve been scammed. We had a hard sell by a rep, we never got our machines as promised. Seems Installer, Reps, all are in it. After we read all the neg complaints on BBB we canceled our order, BUT: They go through the motions to stall so your payment plan deducts from your bank account. We have them a chance after we got a nice rep, but did nothing either. We need to file a fraud claim in the payment plan set up by them and comenity bank.

    Purchased my MXL7 a few years ago. Its still as Brand New as it was the day I got it. The filters are very reasonable to replace you save so much money by doing it this way, then purchasing water at the store. The water tastes amazing it truly does, and when you use it to boil while youre cooking, it boils much faster than sink water. **************** is always ready to help assist with anything! No regrets spending my money with this company , the machine is easy to use. My children have no problems either great tasting and affordable ! Change your water, change your life more energy for sure it really does make a difference if you were looking for a sign to buy this is your sign !! ??

    Worth the investment, health wise I spoke with ************************* regarding a replacement diverter. He provided additional & helpful information regarding our alkaline system. Ive had the **** a while. I liked it so well, I bought another one for my daughter. They both are still working very well. Weve exchanged both filters at least once, as we do not constantly use alkaline water. Our **** rests on our counter top. Convenient & out of the way. I use the water for cooking, especially acidic foods. I keep a fresh gallon jug of alkaline in the refrigerator for drinking, etc. I believe we benefit, health wise, because we use/drink it on a daily basis.

    I have previously own an M9 ionizer and enjoyed it for years. I finally made the decision to upgrade to the MXL-15 and it is amazing! ************************* contacted me right after my order to find out if I had any questions or concerns, I must admit it was quite refreshing to see their attention and concern for their product. And installation was quite simple. I look forward to enjoy clean healthy water for years to come.
