I have contacted Endless Vacation Rentals about an upcoming vacation I have in ******* ******* on September 4th-11th. Due to the numbers going up in ******* I asked if they could postpone my trip until the numbers went back down due to my underlying conditions. I was told they didn't have a policy set for COVID-19 issues so my only option was to see if I could get someone else to go. I was also told to call back weekly to see if their process changed. This not an option for me because I can't find anyone to go in my place so I called back and asked if I could just change the location. I was told according to their policies set in place now no refunds or changes could be made to an existing reservation. This is ridiculous. ******* is overwhelmed with the recent spike in COVID-19 numbers due to the Delta variant and Endless Vacation Rentals will not accommodate their customers. Since they wouldn't accommodate me I'm asking for a full refund of what I paid for an upgrade $469.13.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
