****** did an amazing job cleaning my bare wood floors and dusting every surface within my home in 3 hours. I would highly recommend asking for ******, as she knows exactly what it takes to do a complete, 100% perfect cleaning job! She showed up within the time range mentioned by ******, and got to work, allowing me to take care of other things.Naked-Clean Response

I had the same experience as all the other negative reviews. Obviously poor cleaning, no attention to detail, demonstrobly lacking competency. When I complaind I was told by Brenda "Typically it is not standard for the maids to clean the door tracks as they do not have the professional tools to do so." Its called a vacume Brenda. The utterly incompatant employess emptiend only 1 of the 4 trash cans, smeared some dirty towl on our dinning table, and did not vacume. Brenda suggested that it was my fault for not telling them what I wanted done. Any 5th grader would know. I called a maid service to clean a condo. I agreed to a total of 3 hours. They left after 2.5 and did not actually clean anything. And they refuse to give me credit or a refund. The BBB is going to hear about this. I encourage everyone who has had this same experience with this business to register a complaint with the BBB. The pattern of shotty work, bad communication, refusall to refund money when work was demonstrably not preformd and continual placating by Veronica D. of peoples concerns all indicate a pattern of a scam.Naked-Clean Response

We’re very sorry your experience did not meet expectations. Our staff as well as the independent cleaning teams we partner with always strive to ensure every client is taken care of so we were very sorry to learn of your disappointment. Please know we completely understand where you are coming from and apologize for any lack of clarity on our end. We offer a variety of cleaning options, including a range of standard and deep cleanings. As such, there are certain areas or items that aren’t typically included in a standard cleaning that are part of a deep cleaning, however, the client is always welcome to ask more of the independent maid should there be specific items they’d like included. We hope this offers an explanation as to why certain areas, like the crevices of door tracks, weren’t part of the standard service initially ordered. Regardless of the type of service selected, every independent maid does what they can to ensure the cleaning of included areas meets the client’s standards. While we truly respect the hard work they put into each visit, we know that, from time to time, a client’s expectations may not be met so we acknowledge your concerns. Please know we sincerely apologize for any overlooked areas you may have noticed as well as the missed trash cans as those certainly should have been taken care of. As every maid we partner with is an independent contractor, we are not able to promise any refunds on their behalf. However, please know we always stand by our cleaning guarantee and offer goodwill return visits should a cleaning not be up to par. This ensures that a client receives the service they were expecting in the first place while allowing the maid or cleaning team to make it right for their client. While we mention this in our appointment confirmations and reminders, we certainly will do what we can to make this clearer in the future as we take full responsibility for communicating this to every client. Your response is a “cut and paste” of all your responses on Yelp. Your tactic is to Blame-Shift. Here, and in all your yelp responses you are trying to discredit your customers by suggesting that they did not understated the type of service they were to receive and that their expectations were somehow misaligned. It’s called “placating”. Recall that your maids were here for less than the time that I paid for. They did not complete basic tasks like taking out the trash, wiping down countertops or vacuuming. (as evidenced by photos I sent to you and you acknowledged that it was shotty work.) I returned a half hour prior to their scheduled finish time and no one was here. And you offered to send them back? Obviously this is a ruse. And none of the others on Yelp that have had this same complaint have taken you up on it. In one email back to me you stated “Typically it is not standard for the maids to clean the door tracks as they do not have the professional tools to do so.” And “They also clean as best as they can underneath furniture as they do not move heavy furniture or appliances themselves due to liability reasons.” The “door tracks” are sliding closet and back porch door tracts. Any vacuum can accomplish this task. You never answered my question about what type of “professional tools” would be needed. I vacuumed these areas minutes later. No one asked for any “heavy furniture” to be moved. I sent you the photos. There was no vacuuming under or around any furniture. You then replied, “I’m not sure exactly what you requested for the team to clean as I see this service was capped at the 3 hour minimum and you were to tell the maids what to do,…” “…not sure exactly what you requested…”? This is a rental condo at the beach. The person we rented from referred us to Naked Clean for cleaning service as she is a regular client. I hired a maid service to vacuum, wipe down surfaces, clean toilets and take out the trash. And obviously I never asked anyone about moving “heavy appliances” or “furniture”. Noting the multiple and very similar complaints on Yelp and Google I see a clear pattern of deceit.
