am writing to bring to your attention to a concerning incident involving a Ventus TR Blue, on my driver recently broke when my golf bag ************* over. The shaft was encased in its own padded compartment, fully protected when it broke. The shaft is only one year old and has always been kept in pristine condition.It is worth noting that all the other clubs in my bag, including those with similar shafts (non Fujikura), remained intact and undamaged.Upon contacting their customer service department, I was contacted by ********************* and informed in a very patronizing way that the broken shaft would not be covered under warranty. Now I'm out over $400. I pushed back on his claim that my bag must have "tumbled" and he wrote back stating that he was going to refer me to their legal department, due to the "nature of my verbiage".
