      My mother bought shoes and insoles there and her feet swelling more and she cant wear the shoes the insoles and shoes never been worn they will not do anything bout this I would not go up there

      Total scam. I went to the local store and got the inserts (3) and followed their directions on use. Initially there was discomfort, but I thought it would pass. It did not and only got worse. My feet hurt more and I was getting back spasm and sharp pain. I could not walk with them on for over a half mile. I went back to the store and they supposedly modified the inserts. I tried walking again but a half mile was all I could do and had to use a heating pad for relief. I tried to keep at it, but one day upon my return home I had a shooting pain in my lower back and had to sit in a chair with the heating pad for 2 hours before it eased up. I went back to the store and was told it is not refundable and they supposedly modified the inserts for a 3rd time. I wore the insert they told me to use upon leaving and at my home. When I went to walk to the mailbox that afternoon (approximately 100 yards from my door) my back started to stiffen up and pain was returning. I made it home and immediately took the inserts out. They are lucky to receive a 1 star rating. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Way to expensive for extremely poor results.

      Purchased the orthopedic inserts for my husband. Tried them for months, but they don't work for him. He followed different instructions from 3 different employees. Not a consistent process. He still hurt and decided to return the product. We've been trying to get a refund for over 3 weeks. We had to go into the store and fill out paperwork to request a refund. There has been no communication from the corporate office, which is what we were told by the employees. After 2 weeks I called the store again and got the same response from employee. We have a lifetime guarantee, but it's not working.This is a tedious process and no one is following through. We just want our money back for a product that has inconsistent process, instructions, and service.

      Good feet store is not the solution for your feet. They will have people that can't afford there over priced products to get credit while months and yrs later will be dealing with the same problem and still paying on the credit that was gotten. DO not do it.

      My experience today was positive and as an engineer, I appreciated that my footprints were baselined to get me started with the right inserts. I am curious to see how well the inserts improve my baseline so stay tuned for an update in 6 months!It was a low pressure sales environment so I would not hesitate to walk away if the trial fit doesnt work.

      Buyer beware! Ask about pricing BEFORE you begin process of purchasing Good Feet orthopedics, and review the stores policy that you only receive store credit if youre dissatisfied with their product. It costs you a couple thousands dollars per person to purchase the inserts! And since Good Feet offers a lifetime guarantee they have you open an account - which you think is a store account - however its to open a new credit card to pay for them. When we left the store we actually were embarrassed for making this purchase. Ive been using only two of the inserts in the box, and already had to go back to be refitted. Still not satisfied but Im trying them again. My husband doesnt like his at all and corporate refuses to give him a full refund. Good Feet sells socks and athletic shoes but who wants to spend thousands of dollars on such products!

      The retailer person from the GoodFeet Store were wonderful today I lost one of my incerts for my shoes they replaced them at zero charge and up dated my other incerts at zero charge. I have been a customer for about up to ******* and my feet don't hurt anymore. The GoodFeet store helped me out tremendously. I thank you for coming to ********** **** you were a life saver for my feet

      I agree with everything that is said below. I know people who have been helped but that has not been my experience. The inserts made my husbands foot numb and when I went back to the store they were very apathetic about our situation. Just said store credit and shut it down. Then when I asked about the credit they said they couldnt do anything until the beginning of the month. I asked for a corporate number to escalate to and they said they are a franchise. I work in the service industry and this experience with the store in **********, ** at ************************ felt like a used car sales experience. After speaking with ****** today I was very frustrated and left the store feeling like Id waisted my time and lost my $1600. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and maybe if they receive enough complaints to the BBB they will be forced to review their return policy. Now Im trying to find family members a who I can spend the store credit on once they can process it. Its shocking that a company that has such an expensive product has such a poor return policy and poor service when a customer has an issue. NONE of the people I spoke to even said Im sorry you all had that experience. Even if youre not going to give a refund, you could at least offer some empathy and apologize for our experience with your product. That is customer service 101. Good luck with anyone who considers to purchase this product. Very disappointing.

      My neighbor was so proud when first purchased his $1700 orthonics from The Good Feet Store , after being sold on how they were going to be the best thing since sliced bread for his feet....after two months he put them away in a drawer because he was dis-satisfied , and could not get his money back. So , one day I did some online research and made some phone calls across the country before I make the leap to purchase my orthonics ( after I visited the same Good Feet Store as well). - I just wanted to purchase one style of inserts and not all three models, But was told I could not purchase one style because they were only offered as a set of 3 styles... I found the same orthonics I wanted at the Natural Foot site online. It cost me $86 and came with a lifetime warranty.... I could not be happier, so I purchased another set just for my running shoes... The Good Feet Store is an overpriced racket....

      The absolute worst! My feet hurt, the inserts dont fit and these are a complete waste of money. Now I know why they have a no refund policy because theyd never make money! We had an appointment today to go return the inserts and the manager was not there. The staff told us it was scheduled as an adjustment. So lies and more lies!
