    I signed up for personal training at my gym, when I was reaching the end I asked to cancel it. My personal trainer said he would but he said if you want to extend we can keep it about the same price, so i said ok but I asked him you did cancel the original contract he said yes. My trainer was named ****. This happened back ***** may time frame. But apparently he didn't cancel the original contract so I ended up getting charged double for two months before I caught the duplicate transaction. I requested to get a refund, the manager sent it to corporate to get a refund then they came back and denied stating the length of time that passed and the amount. Which when the manager submitted it to corporate they said it would take up to 21 days but it took like a month, then when I followed up the manager said he can try to submit it the refund to corporate in smaller amounts but for the full refund and see if that works. Got back notice today and that was also denied. I would like a refund due to it was employee error. The manager at the gym said they can't give out corporate information so I'm unable to notify but I did request them to contact me giving me an explanation as to why I'm being denied a refund due to employee error, but no response back

    This company has been withdrawing money. Month after month even though I never took or used their services. *** FITNESS AND CRUNCH FITNESS. making thewithdrawal of money without my permission.I sat down with them to downgrade my membership and they charge me $49 that night and also $420 that I didnt know they had already started the contract. I told them I will speak to my husband now that youre giving me the prices, and then I will let you know. The two employees ****** and **** got really nervous and I was very uncomfortable because the gym was almost empty or were about to close and I felt like I was the only one there with them two. As I was leaving they told me that they had already charged my account. I begged them to cancel it and they didnt say anything. I thought they would because I trusted the company. The day after I called Crunch Fitness to tell them I would not be taking the sessions. Left messages for ****** and ****. The conversation was supposed to be for one month only, and they kept on getting withdrawals month after month after month for six months. I never thought a company could do that to a disabled person who has only one income. They took money in total of $ $2,100. Apart from the $49 and $21. For downgrading the membership. Withdrawal were made on04/12/2023 amount $420.0005/25/2023 amount $420.00 06/13/2023 $420.00 07/13/2023. $420.00 08/15/2023. $420.00 The amounts of Im requesting is only$840.00 for personal Trainers wich I never used the services because I didnt know they never cancelled the contract *** FITNESS charged.Also the day the first withdrawal began: 04/12/2023 I was also charged$49.00. Downgrade.Everything charged after the fist withdrawal of $420 is fraud since I requested the cancellation of the contract in person. On 04/12/2023. My request was ignored and *** FITNESS beganwithdrawals of $420.00 without my knowledge.The total Im requesting is $889 only.

    I signed up for Crunch Fitness including sessions for $149. Before the sessions were supposed to get charged again, I asked **** to pause the sessions. He paused it so, I won't get charged. He did not want me to cancel, so he just asked that I pause the sessions. Then, I saw that I got charged $149. I spoke with **** and the fitness manager. **** and the fitness manager spoke by themselves. **** came back and told me that they cannot give the $149 back. He said that he will just waive the annual $49.99 and 10 monthly payments of $9.99 in order to, in a way, give/refund the $149. Today, I just got charged $9.99 and $49.99 which means **** did not do what he said he will do. He did not pause the sessions and he did not waive the annual fee and the monthly payments. Crunch Fitness still owe me the $149. It has been an arduous process to get the $149. Crunch Fitness makes it really difficult to get my $149 back. Please help me.

    I was promised a trial membership that I could cancel anytime. I tried to cancel a few days before the trial was done. They never responded and charged me any way. I went in person today. They said that the account is being processing cancellation, but that they cannot refund the $30. They make promises, but are lying just to get more people to sign up. I see very many reviews on yelp and ****** maps where people have very similar problems with this gym. Also the gym has really filthy bathrooms and plays their music way too loud. Its not a pleasant place to workout. I want my $30 refunded.

    On October 25, 2022 I called to cancel the membership for myself and my son. I explained I could not come in person since I just had surgery and could not walk. I was told no problem, just email the details and it would be taken care of.

    It is now the 9th of November, nothing has been canceled and no one will reply to me. I call the club every other day and I am never allowed to speak to the manager. Each time I am promised it will be taken care of but nothing happens.

    Customer was billed on 10/25 but had his bank chargedback. Both accounts, no refund is needed. Crunch stop his membership even though he is in a contract. Him & his son both needed 7 months remaining and was not ask for any payment.

    Based on this response, It's clear why the business is run so poorly. I can barely decipher this message, it sounds like a 3rd grader wrote it. Yes after more than 10 calls to the club and a week after I filed this complaint, the memberships were canceled. There was no contract, no mention of a contract at any time so that is false information.

    I still want to speak to the owner, not two sentences from "*****"
