5 starsExcellent experience dealing with Allegiance Gold! **** was kind and patient and took his time answering every question I had, without the runaround I received from other precious metals dealers. He is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job educating me before I chose what to purchase in my retirement account. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with, from the *** department to the receptionist, top notch customer service and professionalism. And more importantly, transparency! 1 starI would never recommend allegiance gold. With their premiums plus markups for salaries and to keep the lights on as I was told, they are not trying to do best for the client. They are absolutely just selling you precious medals and an unfairly inflated amount that is an immediate significant loss. 1 starI am not a proponent of Allegiance Gold due to their various sales practices which caused me significant financial harm. I invested $1,240,743.90 intending to secure a stable hedge against inflation. Instead, I suffered an immediate loss of $433,522.1334.9% of my investment. Premiums charged by Allegiance Gold on my purchases of coins, ranging from 52.9% to 66.1%, were excessively high and resulted in immediate financial losses upon purchase. I have contacted my state attorney general and federal agencies for review. I have requested a refund of the Allegiance Gold coins.Review fromLauren C

5 starsI really enjoyed working with Allegiance Gold. They were exceptional. I was very much impressed by how professional and informative they've been. My metals were delivered when they said it would and the quality was great. I liked how they kept me updated and accommodated my schedule.
