  I called on a Wednesday and had an appt on Friday, the customer service representative was so nice. ***** the project manager was so helpful and nice when he did my maintenance service.

  The sales and installation people were courteous and professional. The problem started when the billing department threatened a lien less than one business day after the work was completed. They new that the homeowner was out of the country and in a different time zone. Although I (as the tenant) did everything I could to assist them in communicating with the owner, they still hounded us by text message. When confronted about it, Susie in billing said she was just doing her job. We are paying customers, not criminals. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully.

  Engineering of the **** installation by **** was masterful, as was the actual installation. The technicians were first rate.
  The only reason I could not give the company five stars was that I was assured that they were registered with ******, my funder of choice. It turned out that they were not, so I was stuck with another funding company whose customer service was sorely lacking.

  I'd like to share our utter disappointment in our experience with So Cal Climate. They were the only one we called for an estimate being as we did have a decent experience with them the 1st timearound. This time however was a complete nightmare. ***** proved to be highly incompetent and unprofessional. He verbally assured me the job would be done in 1 day which could have been had he properly provided the crew with the necessary materials and supplies. He didn't provide a proper diagram, lists, or engineering plan. The crew came in blind on day 1. His communication was awful. I asked for credit as we are more than unsatisfied and it was completely shot down. I spoke with ***** since ***** completely stopped answering my phone calls and text messages. She's very nice but she also assured me that I would not be compensated for my terribleexperience although she was very apologetic. The apologies are nice and welcome however that is not stellar customer service. We have had many business dealings this summer and have never encountered such rigidness and lack of customer service.I reached out to ****, the company owner multiple times with no response. I can't imagine that nobody at this company is willing to make things right with us.I understand I signed a contract but I trusted ***** when he said the job will be done in a timely manner. We basically suffered in the heat many days more than was necessary. The company got paid on full on time and still sent us a lien on our property notice without any clarification. On top of all this the crew was supposed to return a month ago to finish up repairs and absolutely nobody at the socal climate control is responding. I highly recommend you stay away from this company.

  I really wish that we read the previous complaints, it would have saved us a lot of money and convenience. We purchased a air conditioner a few months ago and it doesn't cool our house. We have had four (4) technicians come to our home to fix the problem but nothing works. The system works for a while and then it makes noise so loud that our neighbors have complained to us. I work with special needs kids at my home and the heat can be unbearable at times. I've been taking them to the park daily. We paid cash for this system and it is safe to say that it is garbage. I have sent them video of the system and how loud it is when it is working. We have to wait until they get to us for service of the system. Buyer's Beware.
