On 9/29/2022 I paid $54 to Free My Paws Inc for certification of my pet as an Emotional Support Animal. Since then they have disappeared with no contact - they have not sent my certification or responded to any of the three emails I've sent to follow up with them. I have purchase a product from the website over a month ago. I have called and emailed several times without any response. The document is very important and time critical, I need to understand if the product is genuine or if I purchased from a fraudulent business. I doubt the validity because of the lack of response, I also didn't receive any emails confirming when it was sent out. Please assist me. Thank youBusiness response
