    To whom it may concern,

     

    We have spoken to the client today and have resolved their complaint. However, we were not ignoring them, we have been in communication the entire time. I believe there was a miscommunication between the passengers. It is all resolved now, you can confirm this with our client. Thank you!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and the complaint was sent to the wrong business. How do I get it added to the correct business?

    *************************t book it. When I read back to the the email I recieved from them saying how they told me they did book it, they told me I was misraken. They then forced me to pay $150 per person to cancel that flight. They did refund me for the portion im not using but I still had to pay to cancel something I never purchased. Then they asked me for my id. When I asked them what its for they said we just need you to send it ok? I said as a consumer inhave the right to ask why you want my information. They said to just confirm my identity and then they asked me to write in an email that I would not pursue any legal action against them. I refused. I have emails proving what I paid for and emails stating that they added the flight they made me pay for. Please help.
