On 12/18/2024, I made a payment to my credit account through Tandym for my Unique Vintage purchases. Since then, I have been receiving texts and emails saying my account is past due. I have proof the money was taken from my account. I have emailed several times and made a phone call to resolve this, only to receive a well be responding to your request within the next 24 hours response. It has now been weeks and nothing is resolved.Business Response

On December 27th, I purchased 4 items: a dress, shoes, earrings, and a headpiece, for an event that would be happening on December 31st. I paid $36.99 for overnight shipping which stated it would get the products to me in 1-2 business days. When the products did not arrive until January 3rd, I emailed customer service about my options after calling and getting a message that they were sorry they had missed my call, and I should send an email that would be answered within 24 hours. When I did not receive a response, I attempted to call 5 separate times, at different times of the day between January 4th and January 10th. Their message each time after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, was to email or use their online chat function for a faster response. So I utilized the online chat, only to find out that it was another email service. At this point, I just want to talk to someone in customer service and see what my options are. The outfit is no longer needed, and I paid to have it specifically for an event. Not hearing back from anyone about what to do is the most frustrating part because I do not know what else to do.Initial Complaint

I placed an order and paid extra for 2 day expedited shipping on Monday, 12/26/22 as I am leaving on 1/3 for a trip. It is now 1/1/23 and still no order has arrived. The tracking information that was sent to me from USPS says "Status Not Available." I have called yesterday and today and the 1-800 number states that I am calling outside of working hours (which I am not per what is on their website and phone lines). The emails from Unique Vintage state that the item was shipped on Tues 12/27/22 from the seller, but I still have no package. At this point, I just want my money back so I can spend it at another store before my trip. I will NEVER order something from them again. Horrible service that I paid extra for.Business Response

I returned my bought item for a refund of $55.63 and it was confirmed received by shop on 9/26/22. I was told a refund would take 10-15 business days. I am over 19 business days with no refund in sight. Their customer service either never responds, or dodges my refund question all together. I reply to emails and wait days for another quick email reply but no refund in sight. The owner is no better, she just keeps telling me "I'm checking" . I just want my money back, that is why I am here. This business seems to be avoiding wanting to refund me.Business Response

Terrible customer service! I placed an order on October 7 for an outfit that I wanted to wear on a trip that I'm taking for Halloween. Thought for sure that I had ordered in plenty of time so that it would arrive in plenty of time for my trip that I'm leaving on the 25th for. Despite the fact that I ordered on October 7, the order still has not been fulfilled (13 days later) much less shipped. When I contacted customer service they apologized and said their warehouse was backed up and hopefully it would ship soon. My trip is now less than a week away and the order still has not been fulfilled much less shipped, so I asked if I could simply cancel my order for a refund and was told no. I have to wait for the order to arrive and then go through the entire return process and pay out of pocket to return it.Business Response

Placed an order on 8/28/22 totalling $349.03. Got an automated email on 9/1 stating orders may take "a little longer" to ship and have heard virtually nothing since then. My order is still unfulfilled and zero replies to 3 different emails requesting an order update. I tried calling and couldn't speak to anyone either. This would be fine if it were true but my dispute of this charge with my bank is still open (since 9/17) and no resolution has been reached. I've received no communication from this company stating I was getting a refund and my bank says it is still being researched. So I will not accept lies stating something is resolved when it isn't. I want evidence of my money being refunded back to me.

It could have been easier if the business just responded to me or refunded me themselves without it having to take over 2 months and going to my bank and the better business bureau to get a resolution. On August 29, I received notification that my order #******* was shipped to my address. The **** tracking #******************** leads to a **** page that says the package's "Status Is Unavailable."
After two weeks I requested a status update from Unique Vintage by emailing *************************. I did not receive a reply.
I tried calling during Unique Vintage's business hours on Wednesday, Sept. 16 and was on hold for 90 minutes. I did not speak with a representative.
I tried sending another email to ************************* but did not receive an update then even though the phone center on-hold narrator said I would receive a response within 24 hours if I did.
My item has not been received. I believe it is lost in the mail. Could a Unique Vintage representative please contact me so I can get a refund?Business Response

Ordered products that were supposed to be delivered by a certain date. It is 2 weeks past this date and the company is giving me the run around. They have collected funds from me to pay for these products yet I do not have them and now there is no guarantee as to if or when I will receive them. I need my form of payment returned as a result of their breech of contract and not having the products I ordered delivered within the timeframe of their initial statement for delivery which is up to 14 business days.
I want my money returned for failure to deliver/provide products I had purchased and expected to receive with full faith and confidence. They have failed to stand by their statement.Business Response

Ordered a pair of shorts for my girlfriend because it was her birthday. Got the shipment and they were too small size (6-8). Had to send that one back and exchange for the next size up (10-12). Ended up receiving the 12-14 size and they were way too big. Tried calling and can never get through or a call back, emailed the company and a representative named ****** asked me for pictures of the box, tags and invoice. I was insulted, to say the least, and shocked at how ridiculous their return/exchange process was. At this point I've been waiting for weeks for someone to reach back out and no response. I had to order another so my girlfriend can have the gift she should have received weeks ago. Now I want my money back for the original purchase and I will NEVER shop there again. The customer emailed us on 7/27 regarding the incorrect item. We did respond on 8/10 letting them know we could send a replacement or send the item back for a full refund. We never received a response back from the customer so no actions were taken. We will issue a refund now.
